Export Open Opportunities From Affinity Into a Excel workbook

The Scenario

Your Monday partner meeting starts at 9 AM and you have 80 active opportunities spread across three Affinity pipeline lists. The agenda item is a ranked prioritization review — which deals got touched last week, which have gone cold, which need a partner nudge. Your co-investor asked for the list Friday afternoon and you said you'd have it Monday morning.

The bad version:

  • Open each of the three Affinity lists, export to CSV, download three separate files, then open each one in a separate Excel worksheet and start copy-pasting into a master sheet.
  • Realize the "last-touch date" field is stored differently across the three lists and spend 40 minutes reconciling before you can sort by it.
  • Sort by last-touch date, discover 12 rows have no date at all because the field was added after those entries were created, and decide whether to put them at the top or bottom before your co-investor sees it.

It's 8:40 AM. The meeting is in 20 minutes. Your co-investor is already in the call.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It connects to Affinity, reads your pipeline lists, and writes the opportunity data — across all three lists — into your workbook in one shot. No CSV juggling, no worksheet merging.

Export all opportunities from my Affinity Series A pipeline list into this workbook one row per deal with all list-specific field data, sorted by last-touch date ascending

What You Get

  • One row per opportunity across all open pipeline lists.
  • Columns: opportunity name in A, assigned owner in B, creation date in C, last-touch date in D.
  • Sorted by last-touch date ascending — the deals that haven't been touched recently are at the top.
  • Opportunities with no last-touch date appear at the bottom with a blank cell, clearly visible rather than hidden.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You only want opportunities from one specific list

Export all opportunities from my Affinity 'Series A Pipeline' list into this workbook, one row per deal, with the opportunity name, assigned owner, creation date, and all list-specific field data

Some opportunities are missing owner assignments

Pull all open opportunities from my Affinity lists into this workbook. For any opportunity where the assigned owner is blank, put "Unassigned" in column B. Sort by last-touch date ascending.

You need to filter to only deals touched in the last 30 days

Get all my open Affinity opportunities touched in the last 30 days and list them in this workbook sorted by last-touch date descending. Include opportunity name, owner, and last-touch date in columns A through C.

Full kill-chain: pull all opportunities, flag cold deals, fill missing owners, sort, and write

Pull all open Affinity opportunities across all lists into this workbook. Mark any deal not touched in the past 14 days as "Cold" in a new column. Replace blank owner values with "Unassigned". Sort by last-touch date ascending. Write to columns A through E starting at row 2.

Cleanup and extraction in one shot — so the workbook is ready before the calendar invite pings you.
