Your Monday partner meeting starts at 9 AM and you have 80 active opportunities spread across three Affinity pipeline lists. The agenda item is a ranked prioritization review — which deals got touched last week, which have gone cold, which need a partner nudge. Your co-investor asked for the list Friday afternoon and you said you'd have it Monday morning.
The bad version:

- Realize the "last-touch date" field is stored differently across the three lists and spend 40 minutes reconciling before you can sort by it.
