The Scenario
Your sales team has a standing request: every week, they want a fresh list of contacts who finished the "5-Day Onboarding" autoresponder in Enginemailer so they can prioritize follow-up calls. Last week someone on the marketing side pulled it manually and sent a CSV. This week that person is on vacation. The request landed in your inbox at 8 AM.
The bad version:
- Log into Enginemailer, find the autoresponder reporting section, figure out whether "completions" are tracked at the campaign level or the contact level, click through several report views before finding anything useful.
- Export whatever the system gives you, open the file in Excel, discover it lists all autoresponder interactions rather than just completions, and manually filter for the "completed" status — 800 rows down to 140.
- Paste the 140 into a new worksheet, rename the columns so they mean something to the sales team, and send it. Repeat next week, from scratch.
This is a recurring ask. The underlying data is already in Enginemailer. The problem is that there's no clean path from "who completed the sequence" to "a workbook the sales team can act on."
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Excel workbook. It connects to Enginemailer and pulls completion data directly into the workbook — filtered, labeled, ready to hand off.
Pull the list of contacts who triggered autoresponder ID 42 in Enginemailer and fill my Excel 'Autoresponder Completions' sheet — one row per contact with email and trigger timestamp.
What You Get
- One row per completion — email and trigger timestamp written into your 'Autoresponder Completions' worksheet.
- Only completions — not all interactions, not mid-sequence contacts, not bounces.
- Column headers that mean something to the sales team, not Enginemailer's internal field names.
- The worksheet is ready to share the moment SheetXAI finishes writing.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
You want completions from the named autoresponder rather than the ID
Pull the list of contacts who completed the '5-Day Onboarding' autoresponder in Enginemailer and fill my Excel 'Autoresponder Completions' sheet — one row per contact with email, name, and completion date.
You want to filter out contacts the sales team has already called
Fetch all Enginemailer completions for the '5-Day Onboarding' autoresponder and write them into my 'Autoresponder Completions' sheet. Check each email against the existing rows in column E — if the contact is new, write 'new' in column D; if they already exist, write 'existing'.
You want completions from all autoresponders, not just one
Fetch all subscribers who completed any autoresponder in Enginemailer and write their email, name, autoresponder name, and completion date into my Excel 'Autoresponder Completions' workbook.
Pull completions, filter to net-new contacts, and sort for the sales team in one pass
Fetch all completions for the '5-Day Onboarding' autoresponder in Enginemailer. Write email, name, and completion date to columns A, B, and C. Cross-reference column A against existing rows in column E — write 'new' or 'existing' to column D. Sort by completion date descending so the most recent completions are at the top.
Sorted by recency, net-new flagged — the sales team can start calling from row 1 without any additional work.
