Export Fathom Meetings by Attendee Domain Into a Excel

The Scenario

Your customer success team lead has a request that came in from the VP on a Monday morning: build a timeline of every Fathom-recorded call where an acme.com contact was present. She wants the date, duration, and AI summary for each — not just the count, not a screenshot from the Fathom dashboard, but a proper workbook she can scroll through and share with the account team.

You know the calls happened. They're all in Fathom. You have no idea how many there are.

You've been on the account for eight months. Some of those calls were yours, some were from colleagues who've since moved to other roles. The recordings are there; the filter is not.

The bad version:

  • Open the Fathom meeting library, try to filter by attendee email — discover that Fathom's UI filtering is by your own meetings, not by attendee domain
  • Start scrolling through the full meeting list, clicking into each one to check whether acme.com appears in the attendee list
  • Paste the ones that match into the workbook, realize you've already passed a relevant meeting three pages back, start over

There are probably 40 of them. You will not find them all this way. And the VP wants this before the account review call at 2 PM.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It connects to Fathom, filters meetings by attendee email domain, and writes the matching records into your workbook — no manual scrolling through the meeting library required.

Fetch all Fathom meetings where any participant had an @acme.com email address and write the meeting title, date, duration, and AI summary into this workbook starting at row 2, columns A through D

What You Get

  • Column A: meeting title
  • Column B: meeting date in YYYY-MM-DD format
  • Column C: duration in minutes
  • Column D: full AI summary text from Fathom
  • Only meetings with at least one @acme.com attendee — internal-only calls are excluded
  • Sorted by date, most recent first

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You need to filter across multiple customer domains at once

Fetch all Fathom meetings where any participant had an @acme.com or @enterprise.io email address and write meeting title, date, duration, and summary into columns A through D of this workbook

You want to see which team member hosted each call

Fetch all Fathom meetings with @acme.com attendees and write meeting title, host name, date, duration, and AI summary into columns A through E of this workbook

You need to limit the date range to the current quarter

Fetch all Fathom meetings from January 1 to March 31, 2026 where any participant had an @acme.com email and write meeting title, date, duration, and summary into this workbook starting at row 2

The full account timeline: filter, enrich, and organize in one shot

Fetch all Fathom meetings with @acme.com attendees, sort by date ascending, write meeting title, date, host, external attendees only, duration, and AI summary into columns A through F of the "Acme Timeline" worksheet, and flag any meeting shorter than 10 minutes in column G as "brief touch"

One prompt, one complete account timeline.
