The Scenario
You manage 12 franchise locations and every month, before the Monday performance review, someone has to pull the NPS score, feedback count, and contact details for each location and assemble them into a single Excel workbook. Last month that job took two hours. The month before, the person who built the workbook left the company and you had to rebuild it from scratch.

For each business ID in column A of the 'Locations' worksheet, pull the GatherUp business record and write the NPS score into column B, total feedback count into column C, address into column D, timezone into column E, and subscription package into column F.
Some location IDs in column A are outdated and need to be validated before enrichment
In the 'Locations' worksheet, for each business ID in column A, check GatherUp for a matching record. If the record exists, write the business name into column B. If it doesn't exist, write "Not Found" into column B and leave columns C through F blank. Then for valid records, fill in NPS score, feedback count, and phone.
The workbook has two worksheets — one for active locations and one for recently closed — and both need updating
Pull GatherUp business details for all location IDs in column A of both the 'Active' and 'Closed' worksheets. For each, write NPS score into column B, total feedback count into column C, and the subscription status into column D. Run both worksheets in sequence.
Run a full comparison: fetch current GatherUp data, flag locations with NPS below 40, and sort the list
Pull GatherUp data for all 12 location IDs in column A — write NPS score into column B, total feedback count into column C, and phone into column D. Then in column E, flag any row where the NPS score in column B is below 40 with the label 'Needs Attention'. Then sort the entire worksheet by column B descending so the highest NPS locations appear first.
