The Scenario
Your manager handed you a list of 80 target accounts on Thursday afternoon and said: "Find the VP of Engineering at each one before the outreach campaign kicks off Monday." You're a B2B account executive. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is the tool for this. You're the only one on the team with a seat. You also have a full pipeline to work.
The bad version:
- Open LinkedIn for each of the 80 companies, search for "VP of Engineering," click into the profile, copy the name, switch back to the workbook, paste — 80 companies, 80 browser cycles.
- Ask the BDR team — they'll get to it when the current campaign wraps, next week.
- Go into Monday outreach with generic subject lines and a 12% open rate.
The campaign kicks off Monday. You have two days.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI reads your Excel workbook and calls Interzoid's executive lookup API for every target account.
For each company in column A, use Interzoid to find the VP of Engineering and write the executive name and LinkedIn URL to columns B and C.
What You Get
- Column B: VP of Engineering name at each target account.
- Column C: LinkedIn profile URL.
- Rows where Interzoid found no match flagged in column D so you know where manual research is still needed.
- A contact workbook ready for personalized outreach Monday morning.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Some companies are too small to have a VP of Engineering — want a fallback role
For each company in column A, try to find the VP of Engineering using Interzoid. If that role returns no match, look for Head of Engineering or CTO instead. Write the best match name to column B, the matched role title to column C, and the LinkedIn URL to column D.
You want the CEO as well for multi-threading
Look up the CEO at every company listed in column A using Interzoid and populate columns B and C with the executive's full name and biography link.
Column A has subsidiary names — resolve to parent brand first
For each company in column A, first resolve the ultimate parent company name using Interzoid, then use the parent name to look up the VP of Engineering and write the executive name and LinkedIn URL to columns B and C.
Full contact enrichment in one shot
For each company in column A: look up VP of Engineering using Interzoid, fall back to Head of Engineering, fall back to CTO. Write best-match name to column B, actual role to column C, LinkedIn URL to column D. Flag any company where no engineering leadership was found as 'NO MATCH.' Create a 'ReadyForOutreach' worksheet containing only non-flagged rows.
Monday's campaign has 80 personalized subject lines.
