The Scenario
You were handed a MailerSend account with 30 sender identities and no documentation.
You are a deliverability consultant brought in to clean up a client's email setup before a planned sending volume increase. The previous team created sender identities across multiple domains over two years, verified some, abandoned others, and never documented which ones still have reply-to addresses configured and which are sending from a no-reply address that nobody monitors. Before you can recommend anything, you need the full picture in one place.
The bad version:
- Open MailerSend, go to Sending Domains, click into the first domain, navigate to Sender Identities, read the verification badge for each identity, copy the details into a workbook, click back.
- Repeat for each of the remaining 11 domains, 2-3 identities per domain, discovering midway that some identities have reply-to addresses set and some do not — and that detail is only visible after clicking into each individual identity record.
- Reach domain 7 and realize you forgot to note the verification status for identity 4 in domain 3 and you have to navigate back.
There are 30 identities. You have clicked into at least 50 pages to reach this point.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It reads the workbook and connects to MailerSend, pulling all sender identities across every domain into the workbook in a single pass.
Export every sender identity from my MailerSend account into this worksheet and flag in column F any identity that is not yet verified
What You Get
- One row per sender identity across all domains
- Display name, email address, and associated domain in the first three columns
- Verification status as a clear true/false or verified/unverified value
- Reply-to address populated where configured, blank where not set
- Column F pre-flagged for any identity that requires action
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
You want a clean inventory without pre-flagging
List all MailerSend sender identities in this worksheet with columns for display name, email address, domain, verification status, and reply-to address
You want to flag identities missing a reply-to address
Pull all MailerSend sender identities into columns A through E with display name, email, domain, verification status, and reply-to address, then write MISSING REPLY-TO in column F for any identity where column E is blank
You want to group by domain for per-client review
List all MailerSend sender identities with display name, email, domain, and verification status in columns A through D, then in column E write the domain name in uppercase so you can sort the workbook by domain grouping
Full kill chain: pull identities, flag action items, and write a summary
List all MailerSend sender identities with display name, email, domain, verification status, and reply-to address in columns A through E, flag in column F any identity that is either unverified or missing a reply-to address, count the flagged rows and write the total in cell H1 with the label Identities Requiring Action, and copy the email addresses of flagged identities into column H starting at H2
The audit and the flagging logic are part of the same ask — you do not need to pull first and then write conditional logic separately.
Try It
Open the Excel workbook you are using for the deliverability audit, then Get the 7-day free trial of SheetXAI and ask it to pull your full MailerSend sender identity list. For a complete account picture, you can also pull domain verification states or API tokens and scopes from the same workbook.
