Export All Saved Melo Property Searches to a Excel

The Scenario

You are a property buyer's agent in Paris with 15 active client searches running simultaneously. Each one has its own budget range, location filter, property type preferences, and notification settings. You set most of them up weeks ago and some details have drifted — a client upgraded their budget, another asked you to pause alerts while they are on holiday.

Your acquisitions team meets every Tuesday. They need to see all 15 searches in one place, not spread across Melo's interface where only you have the login.

The bad version:

  • Open Melo and click into each saved search one at a time, reading off the details to someone who is trying to type them into a shared document.
  • Realize you cannot easily export the list, so you start screenshotting and paste the images into a slide deck so the team can at least see the data.
  • Spend the last 20 minutes of the meeting arguing about whether the Fontainebleau search has notifications turned on or off because the screenshot is blurry.

Your acquisitions team meets in two hours. A blurry slide deck is not a usable handoff document, and you have client calls between now and then.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It connects to Melo and can pull your saved search list — with all their attributes — directly into the workbook, formatted and sorted the way you need it.

Pull all my Melo saved searches into this Excel workbook and for any search where the max budget exceeds 800000, highlight the row in yellow so I can review high-value searches separately

What You Get

  • One row per saved search, with title, location filters, min and max budget, property types, and notification status as separate columns.
  • Rows where max budget exceeds 800,000 highlighted in yellow for immediate visual review.
  • A shareable workbook your acquisitions team can filter, annotate, and work from during the meeting.
  • If any search is missing a budget field, SheetXAI surfaces that in the row rather than silently skipping it.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Two clients share a budget range and you need to separate them by property type

From the saved Melo searches in this worksheet, filter to only searches where the property types column includes 'apartment', and write those rows to a new worksheet called Apartment-Searches with the same column structure

The max budget column came in as text and your sort is treating 1200000 as less than 200000

Look at column D (max budget) in the Searches worksheet — convert any values stored as text to numbers and re-sort the worksheet by column D descending so the highest-budget searches appear first

You want to flag searches where notifications are off AND the search has not been updated in over 30 days

For each saved Melo search in this worksheet, if the notification status is 'off' and the last-modified date in column G is more than 30 days before today, write 'review' in column H so I can decide whether to reactivate or delete those searches

Pull all searches, flag the stale ones, sort by budget, and add a summary row — in one shot

Fetch all my Melo saved searches and write them to this worksheet with title in A, location in B, min budget in C, max budget in D, property types in E, and notification status in F — then in column G write 'stale' if notification is off and the search has not been modified in 30 days, sort by column D descending, and add a row at the bottom counting how many searches are active vs stale

Running cleanup and analysis in the same prompt means you get a meeting-ready workbook in one step, not three.
