Export All Modelry 3D Viewer Embeds to an Excel workbook for Auditing

The Scenario

You're the developer handling the CMS migration. Every 3D viewer embed currently running on the product pages was placed by the previous front-end team using Modelry embeds — and nobody left a clean record of which embed goes with which product. Before you touch a single page template, you need a full list.

The Modelry dashboard shows embeds if you click around long enough. The workspace has 60 of them across three sections.

The bad version:

  • Open Modelry, navigate to the embeds section, click into each one, copy embed ID, product name, workspace, and status into a running doc
  • Realize the embeds are paginated and you missed the second page entirely, go back and start over
  • Finish with a doc in a format that's hard to query and impossible to share with the content team without reformatting it first

You have two days before the migration window. Spending three hours manually cataloging embeds is not on the plan.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Excel workbook that can pull Modelry embed data directly. You describe the inventory you need and it builds it for you.

List all Modelry embeds in our workspace and write embed ID into column A, associated product name into column B, workspace name into column C, and current status into column D — one row per embed, start at row 2

What You Get

  • All 60 embeds written into the workbook in a single pass
  • Column A: Modelry embed ID
  • Column B: associated product name
  • Column C: workspace the embed belongs to
  • Column D: embed status — active, inactive, or whatever status label Modelry returns
  • A queryable workbook the content team can actually filter

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You only want active embeds, not inactive or draft ones

List all Modelry embeds with a status of "active" and write embed ID in column A, product name in column B, workspace in column C, and status in column D — skip any embeds that are inactive or in draft

You want to cross-reference embed IDs against a list of product page URLs in the workbook

List all Modelry embeds and write embed ID in column A, product name in column B, workspace in column C, status in column D — then for each embed, check if the product name appears in column F (my product page list) and write "matched" or "unmatched" in column E

You need the embed configuration details, not just the ID

List all Modelry embeds and for each one write embed ID in column A, product name in column B, workspace in column C, status in column D, and the embed's viewer configuration (if available) in column E

Audit all embeds, flag unmatched ones, and count by workspace in one shot

List all Modelry embeds and write embed ID in A, product name in B, workspace in C, status in D — then check if each product name appears in the "Active Products" worksheet column A and write "matched" or "missing product" in column E — then in column G write a count of embeds per workspace using the workspace names from column C

One prompt builds the inventory, does the cross-reference, and aggregates the workspace breakdown simultaneously.

The principle: you can ask for the raw data and the derived analysis in the same prompt. You don't have to pull first and calculate second.
