Export NoCRM.io Teams and Members Into a Excel workbook

The Scenario

An ops manager got a request from IT security: a full list of every NoCRM.io user and which team they belong to, exported to an Excel workbook, by end of next week. It's part of the quarterly access and permissions review.

The NoCRM.io admin panel shows teams and members in the UI, but it's built for managing them — not exporting them. There's no "export to Excel" button on the teams page. The ops manager starts clicking: Team 1, expand members, write down names and emails. Team 2.

The bad version:

  • Navigate to the NoCRM.io teams settings.
  • Click the first team to see its members.
  • Copy each member's name and email into the workbook, one row per member, with the team name.
  • Click back, find team 2, expand, repeat.
  • Do this for every team in the account.

This is the kind of audit task that arrives with no tooling, just a deadline and a blank workbook.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Excel workbook. It connects to NoCRM.io, pulls the full team and member list, and writes it into the workbook — with team name, member name, and email — in one operation.

List every team and user in NoCRM.io and write them to my Excel workbook, one row per team member — team name in column A, member name in column B, member email in column C.

What You Get

  • One row per NoCRM.io team member across all teams.
  • Team name in column A, member name in column B, member email in column C.
  • A complete roster the IT security team can use directly for the access review.
  • The whole export lands in the workbook in a single prompt, not across an afternoon of manual navigation.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

IT also wants the member's role within NoCRM.io

Pull all NoCRM.io teams and their members into the workbook — one row per member, with team name in column A, member name in column B, member email in column C, and member role in column D.

The security review needs the data sorted by team, then by member name

Fetch all NoCRM.io teams and members and write them into the workbook sorted first by team name (A→Z) and then by member name within each team. Use team name, member name, email, and role across four columns.

The ops manager needs to cross-reference against the HR roster in another worksheet

Pull all NoCRM.io teams and members into the "NoCRM Members" worksheet with team name in A, member name in B, and email in C. For each email in column C, check if it appears in the "HR Roster" worksheet (column B) and write "Active" or "Not in HR system" into column D.

The full audit: flag admins, identify external email addresses, and produce an action-ready report

List all NoCRM.io teams and members in the workbook. For each member: flag their role in column D, check whether their email ends in @[companydomain].com and write "External" in column E if it doesn't, and write "Admin" in column F if their role is admin. Leave E and F blank for standard internal members.

Combining the data pull, cross-referencing, and flagging in one prompt produces an audit-ready workbook the IT team can act on directly.
