The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

When you want published status alongside the other fields

Fetch all Resend templates and write name, subject, creation date, alias, and published status into columns A through E of the TemplateInventory tab.
When you want to flag templates with duplicate subjects
The team suspects some templates have identical subjects and wants to consolidate them.
Fetch all Resend templates and write name, subject, creation date, and alias into columns A through D of TemplateInventory. Then scan column B and write "DUPLICATE SUBJECT" in column E for any rows that share a subject line with another row.
When you only want to see published templates
The audit is focused on what is actually live.
Fetch all Resend templates. Write only the published ones into TemplateInventory with name in column A, subject in column B, and creation date in column C. Leave drafts out.
When you want the full audit in one shot: pull, flag staleness, and sort
You want all templates pulled, flagged if they are published and older than 90 days, and sorted so the stale ones are at the top.
Fetch all Resend templates and write name, subject, creation date, alias, and published status into columns A through E of TemplateInventory. Add "STALE" in column F for any template that is published and has a creation date older than 90 days from today. Sort the tab so STALE rows appear first.
The pattern: pulling the data and annotating it happen together. One prompt, a workbook ready for the team to act on.
