Enrich Target Accounts With Tech Stack Data From a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You are a sales engineer at a SaaS company that integrates with Salesforce and HubSpot. Your AE has handed you an Excel workbook with 80 target accounts and asked you to flag the ones that are most likely to care about your integration story before next week's personalization sprint.

The accounts are there. The signal you need — which CRM they actually run — is not.

The bad version:

  • Open RocketReach for the first account, navigate to the company profile, find the technology section, scan for CRM tools, copy the relevant ones, switch back to Excel, paste. Repeat 79 more times.
  • Account 12: the tech stack section lists 40 tools. You spend three minutes reading through them and still aren't sure which one is their primary CRM.
  • Account 35: the tech stack is empty. You write "Unknown" and move on, knowing your ICP flag logic won't hold up if half the rows are unknown.

You are supposed to be running discovery, not building a technology database manually. The ICP flag is a fifteen-minute task. Right now it's eating your whole Tuesday.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It reads your domain list and pulls technology stack data from RocketReach — then applies whatever flag logic you specify in the same step. Open the SheetXAI sidebar:

Here is the prompt for this task:

Fetch the RocketReach technology stack for all 80 company domains in my 'Target Accounts' sheet and write the top 10 technologies for each into column B — then flag rows containing 'Salesforce' or 'HubSpot' with 'ICP Fit' in column C

What You Get

  • Column B: the top technologies from RocketReach for each account, comma-separated.
  • Column C: "ICP Fit" for any account where Salesforce or HubSpot appears in the tech stack, blank otherwise.
  • Rows with no RocketReach tech stack data are noted so you know which accounts need a different signal source.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You want to flag by any of several CRM tools, not just two

For each domain in column A, pull the RocketReach tech stack into column B, then check for any of these tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics — if any match, write the matching tool names to column C and flag column D as "CRM Match"

Some domains are ambiguous and might belong to subsidiaries

For each domain in column A, look up the company in RocketReach — if the tech stack returns results for a parent company rather than the specific domain, note that in column D — write the tech stack to column B and apply the ICP flag to column C as normal

You want to rank accounts by number of ICP signals

Pull the RocketReach tech stack for each domain in column A into column B — then count how many of the following appear: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo — write the count to column C and rank all 80 accounts by that count in column D

Enrich, flag, and draft a personalization note in one pass

For each domain in column A, fetch the RocketReach tech stack and write it to column B — flag ICP Fit in column C if Salesforce or HubSpot appears — then write a one-sentence personalization hook to column D based on whichever CRM they use

One prompt builds the tech stack column, applies the ICP filter, and generates the personalization angle without stopping between steps.
