What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
You need to filter by a specific date range

You want to count posts by week to check cadence

Your workbook already has some old data and you don't want duplicates

Fetch all Typefully drafts published since [date in column B of the last row in "Published Log"], and append new rows below the existing data in columns A and B, sorted by publish date ascending.
