Pull Zoom Revenue Accelerator Conversation Data Into an Excel workbook

5 min read

The Scenario

The sales enablement manager took over the rep coaching workflow three weeks ago when her predecessor left. The workflow relies on a monthly export from Zoom Revenue Accelerator — conversation ID, rep name, engagement score, sentiment score, duration — pasted into an Excel workbook for rep ranking and coaching prioritization.

The last export in the workbook is from six weeks ago. The coaching calendar is due to the VP of Sales on Friday.

She opens ZRA's analytics section. She finds something called "Conversation Intelligence." There's a date filter. She sets it to last month. There are 80 conversations. She looks for an export button. The only export she can find produces a PDF summary, not a data table.

She goes back to the workbook and starts wondering how her predecessor actually got this data.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. Through its built-in Zoom Revenue Accelerator integration, it can pull conversation data directly — no JSON wrangling, no export format limitations.

List all Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversations from this month and write the conversation ID, host, engagement score, sentiment score, and duration in minutes into this workbook

What You Get

  • One row per conversation with ID, host name, engagement score, sentiment score, and duration.
  • Current month's data in one pull.
  • The workbook is immediately ready for ranking formulas or PivotTables.
  • Run it again next month in one prompt with no rebuild.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You need the past 90 days, not just this month

List all Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversations from the past 90 days and write conversation ID, host, topic, start time, engagement score, sentiment score, and duration in minutes to columns A through G. Sort by start time descending.

You want one summary row per rep instead of one row per conversation

Pull all ZRA conversations from the past 30 days. Group the results by host name and write one row per rep with columns: RepName, ConversationCount, AvgEngagementScore, AvgSentimentScore, TotalMinutes. Sort by AvgEngagementScore descending.

You only want data for the eight reps in this month's coaching cohort

Column A of the 'Coaching Cohort' worksheet has the email addresses of the eight reps in this cycle. Pull ZRA conversations from the past 30 days and only include rows where the host email matches one of the emails in that worksheet. Write conversation ID, host, engagement score, sentiment, and duration to the 'Conversation Data' worksheet.

Pull, rank, and draft the coaching calendar in one pass

Pull all ZRA conversations from the past 30 days. Write raw data to the 'Raw Data' worksheet. On the 'Rankings' worksheet, create one row per unique host with ConversationCount, AvgEngagementScore, and AvgSentimentScore. Sort by AvgEngagementScore ascending (lowest first). In cell A1 of the 'Calendar Draft' worksheet, write a plain-text coaching calendar assigning the bottom 3 reps a 30-minute session in the next two weeks.

One prompt, full coaching prep.
