The Scenario
You're a regional EHS manager and the training budget discussion is happening next month. You need to make the case for where to spend it. You have 20 sites in 21RISK, each scored against several risk model categories — fire safety, electrical, housekeeping, emergency preparedness, and others. You know some categories are consistently failing. You don't know which ones, or by how much, because that comparison has never been built in a sheet.
The bad version:
- Pull up 21RISK site by site, note which categories are scoring lowest for each location, and manually build a comparison table in the sheet.
- Realize after 8 sites that you're recording "Electrical Systems" from some sites and "Electrical" from others because 21RISK category labels aren't entirely consistent.
- Aggregate the scores by category using a COUNTIFS formula, discover that the formula is picking up partial matches, fix it, rerun.
- Present the result in the budget meeting and get a follow-up question about which specific sites are dragging the electrical category down. You don't have that data in the sheet.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It reads the sheet and connects directly to 21RISK, pulling risk model category data and compliance scores across all sites in a single pass — then doing the aggregation for you.
Get all 21RISK risk model categories and their compliance scores across every site, write the results to this sheet with category name in column A and the average compliance score across all sites in column B, sort by column B ascending so the lowest-scoring categories appear first, then highlight any row where the score is below 70 in red
What You Get
- One row per risk model category, sorted from lowest average compliance to highest.
- Column A: category name as it appears in 21RISK. Column B: average compliance across all 20 sites.
- Rows where the category average is below 70% highlighted in red.
- If a category has no compliance data for a site (the audit framework doesn't include it), it's excluded from that site's average rather than counted as zero.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
You need the score per site, not just the average
The budget conversation may require showing exactly which sites are dragging a category down.
Pull 21RISK risk model categories and their compliance scores per site, write one row per site per category to this sheet with category name in A, site name in B, and score in C, then add a column D with a "Below Average" label for any score more than 10 points below the category's average
Some categories only apply to certain site types
If your manufacturing sites use a different audit framework than your warehouse sites, you may want to filter before aggregating.
Pull compliance scores for all 21RISK risk model categories for warehouse sites only and write them to this sheet with category in A and average score in B, sorted ascending
The categories in 21RISK don't match the training program names your HR team uses
Your training catalog uses different labels — you need a crosswalk column.
Pull all 21RISK risk model categories and average compliance scores into columns A and B, then add column C for "Training Program" using this mapping: Fire Safety → Fire & Emergency Response, Electrical → Electrical Safety Program, Housekeeping → Workplace Organization — and leave column C blank for any category not in the mapping
Full kill chain: pull all categories, score each one, flag below threshold, sort, and write a summary note
Pull all 21RISK risk model categories and average compliance scores for all sites, sort ascending, highlight categories below 70 in red and below 80 in yellow, then add a column C labeled "Priority" with "High" for below 70, "Medium" for 70–79, and "OK" for 80 and above — and write a single sentence at the top of the sheet summarizing how many categories fall into each priority bucket
The training budget ask lands differently when the sheet already has the count of high-priority categories sitting above the data.
Try It
Get the 7-day free trial of SheetXAI and open the Google Sheet you're preparing for the budget discussion, then ask it to pull 21RISK category scores across all your sites. You might also look at how to rank sites by compliance score or the 21RISK integration overview.
