Export Life and Health Leads From AgencyZoom for Cross-Sell Analysis

The Scenario

You are the cross-sell manager at a mid-size P&C agency. The agency has been growing its life and health book for two years, but nobody has ever compared the L&H list against the P&C list to see which P&C customers are not yet on an L&H product.

You want to run that analysis now. You want all L&H leads in AgencyZoom in one sheet tab, all P&C leads in another tab, and then a flag on every P&C customer whose email does not appear in the L&H tab — those are your cross-sell targets.

AgencyZoom does not have a native cross-book comparison report. You would need to export both books separately, clean them, and do the matching yourself.

The bad version of this project:

  • Export L&H leads from AgencyZoom as a CSV
  • Export P&C leads as a separate CSV
  • Import both into Google Sheets
  • Write a VLOOKUP to find P&C emails missing from the L&H sheet
  • Discover that email formatting is inconsistent across the two exports
  • Spend two hours normalizing before the formula works
  • End up with a list you are not confident in because you are not sure the normalization was right

The fast version is one prompt and SheetXAI does the matching for you.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your spreadsheet that fetches both lead sets from AgencyZoom and runs the cross-reference, so you never have to write a VLOOKUP or normalize an export manually.

Open the SheetXAI sidebar and type:

Search AgencyZoom for all life and health leads and write their first name, last name, email, status, and assigned producer into the 'L&H Leads' sheet. Then fetch all P&C leads and write them into the 'P&C Leads' sheet. Finally, flag any customer email in the P&C sheet that does not appear in the L&H sheet by writing 'cross-sell target' in a new column F.

SheetXAI fetches both lead sets, populates both tabs, runs the cross-reference, and drops the flag in column F of the P&C tab. Your cross-sell list is built.

What You Get

Two populated sheet tabs and a cross-sell flag:

  • L&H Leads tab — every life and health lead with name, email, status, and producer
  • P&C Leads tab — every P&C lead with the same columns
  • Column F on the P&C tab — "cross-sell target" for every P&C customer email not found in the L&H tab

SheetXAI normalizes the email matching across both data sets. You do not have to write a VLOOKUP or worry about case differences between the two exports.

Want a count of cross-sell targets at the top of the P&C tab? Add "and write the total count of cross-sell targets in cell H1" to the prompt.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Cross-book comparisons across two AgencyZoom lead sets are rarely clean on the first pull. SheetXAI handles the normalization and the matching in the same prompt.

When emails are inconsistently formatted across both lead sets

Some records have uppercase emails, some have trailing spaces, some use a different domain alias.

Search AgencyZoom for all L&H leads and write them to the 'L&H Leads' tab with name, email, status, and producer. Normalize all emails to lowercase and trim whitespace. Then fetch all P&C leads into the 'P&C Leads' tab with the same normalization. Flag rows in column F of the P&C tab where the normalized email does not appear in the L&H tab.

When you want the cross-sell list on a third tab instead of flagged in the P&C tab

The campaign team wants a clean list, not a flag column embedded in the P&C data.

Pull all AgencyZoom L&H leads into 'L&H Leads' and all P&C leads into 'P&C Leads'. Then create a third tab called 'Cross-Sell Targets' and write every P&C customer whose email does not appear in the L&H tab, with their name, email, assigned producer, and P&C status.

When you want to filter the cross-sell list to active P&C leads only

Inactive or lost P&C leads are not worth contacting. You only want active P&C customers with no L&H product.

Pull all AgencyZoom L&H leads into 'L&H Leads'. Pull all P&C leads with status 'active' into 'P&C Leads'. Flag column F in the P&C tab with 'cross-sell target' for any active P&C customer email not in the L&H tab.

When you need the full chain: pull both books, normalize emails, filter active P&C, match, and produce a clean campaign list

Full cross-sell project in one prompt: clean data, matching, output.

Pull all AgencyZoom L&H leads into the 'L&H Leads' tab with name, email, status, and producer. Normalize all emails to lowercase. Then pull all P&C leads with status 'active' into the 'P&C Leads' tab with the same normalization. Create a 'Cross-Sell Targets' tab listing every active P&C customer email not present in the L&H tab, with their name, email, assigned producer, and a blank column for 'Outreach Date' so the campaign team can fill it in.

The pattern: instead of exporting both books separately and stitching them together with formulas, you describe the comparison in one prompt and SheetXAI handles both pulls and the matching logic.

Try It

Get the 7-day free trial of SheetXAI and open a Google Sheet with 'L&H Leads' and 'P&C Leads' tabs, then ask it to pull both from AgencyZoom and run the cross-reference.
