Export All Attio Workspace Members to a Google Sheet

The Scenario

The annual security review is next Tuesday. You are a systems administrator and the auditors need a snapshot of every user with access to your Attio workspace — name, email address, and access level — in a spreadsheet before the review starts. The IT security team does not have Attio access. The document has to be a Google Sheet.

You open Attio's settings. You can see the member list. You count 45 names. You could copy each one by hand — name, email, role — into the sheet. That would take 20 minutes and produce exactly the kind of error-prone manual document that fails an audit when row 23 doesn't match what the system actually shows.

The bad version:

  • Copy each member's name, email, and access level by hand from the Attio settings screen into the sheet.
  • Look for a member export — find that Attio doesn't have one in the UI as a downloadable file.
  • Ask your Attio account owner to send a screenshot of the members list, which is not what the auditor means by "documentation."

The audit is about access control. A manually transcribed list with a typo in row 23 is a liability, not evidence.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. Through its built-in Attio integration it pulls the workspace member list directly and writes the structured data into the sheet — not a screenshot, not a manual copy.

List all workspace members in my Attio workspace and write their member ID, full name, email, and access level into this sheet one row per member.

What You Get

  • One row per workspace member, all 45 records written automatically.
  • Member ID, full name, email address, and access level in separate columns.
  • The data comes directly from Attio's API — not transcribed — so it reflects the current state of the workspace at the moment you ran the prompt.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You need the member's creation date or last active timestamp for the audit

List all Attio workspace members and write member ID, full name, email, access level, and the date they were added to the workspace into this sheet.

The auditor wants a separate column flagging admin accounts

List all Attio workspace members and write member ID, name, email, and access level; add an IsAdmin column that is 'yes' if access level is 'admin' and 'no' otherwise; write all columns into this sheet.

You want to cross-reference against your active employee list

Your HR sheet has a list of active employee emails. You want to flag any Attio member whose email is not in that list.

List all Attio workspace members with member ID, full name, and email into this sheet; add a Status column: if the email appears in the 'ActiveEmployees' tab column A mark 'active', otherwise mark 'review needed'.

Pull members, flag admins, cross-reference HR list, and generate audit report in one pass

List all Attio workspace members with member ID, full name, email, and access level; add IsAdmin column; cross-reference each email against the 'ActiveEmployees' tab column A; add Status column ('active' or 'review needed'); write all five columns into this sheet.

Deliver the full audit-ready document in one prompt rather than building it in steps.
