Generate Autobound Insights and Personalized Emails in One Google Sheet Pass

The Scenario

The head of sales asked for a complete outreach package by Monday morning: 80 enterprise prospects, each with the top Autobound company insight and a ready-to-send personalized email, all in one sheet. The product launch campaign starts Tuesday and the BDRs need the emails staged in the sequence tool by end of Monday.

It's Saturday afternoon. You have the prospect list. You do not have the insights or the emails.

The bad version:

  • Open Autobound for prospect one, get the top insight, copy it, open the sheet, paste into column D, go back to Autobound, generate the email using that insight, copy it, paste into column E, close that tab, move to prospect two.
  • After twenty prospects you've been working for two hours and you still have sixty to go. The emails you wrote early in the session are better than the ones you're writing now because you're running out of patience for crafting the context field.
  • You finish Sunday night and realize the sheet still needs to be formatted for the sequence tool import. That's another hour.

Your job title does not include "data entry operator." The analysis and the relationships are the work — not the moving of text between tabs.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It reads the prospect data, calls Autobound to generate both the insights and the emails, and writes all of it back into the columns you specify — in one pass.

For each row in this sheet with company name in column A and contact name and title in columns B and C, first generate Autobound insights for the company and write the top insight into column D, then generate a personalized email referencing that insight and write it into column E.

SheetXAI processes each row sequentially: insight first, then email using that insight as context. When the run finishes, both column D and column E are populated for every prospect.

What You Get

  • Column D receives the top Autobound company insight for each account — the signal Autobound ranked highest for that company at this moment.
  • Column E receives the personalized email body, written to reference the insight from column D so the email is grounded in something real rather than generic positioning.
  • Rows where Autobound doesn't return an insight surface a note in column D rather than a blank, so you know exactly which prospects need a manual pass.
  • The output is one sheet, fully populated, ready to hand to the BDRs or export to the sequence tool.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

The LinkedIn URL column is missing for a third of the prospects

For each row where the LinkedIn URL in column D is present, use it in addition to the company name and contact details when calling Autobound; for rows where column D is blank, proceed with company name and title only. Write the top insight into column E and the personalized email into column F regardless.

Some company names are inconsistent — some rows have "Salesforce," others have "salesforce.com," others have "Salesforce, Inc."

Before calling Autobound, normalize the company name in column A — strip legal suffixes, remove the TLD, and apply title case — write the cleaned name into column G, then use the cleaned version for both the insight lookup and the email generation. Write the insight into column D and the email into column E.

You want to split the output by insight type — different follow-up strategies for news triggers vs. growth signals

For each row in columns A–C, use Autobound to get the top insight; write the insight type (e.g., "news trigger," "growth signal") into column F, the insight text into column D, and the personalized email into column E. After all rows are complete, write "Priority" in column G for any row where column F contains "news trigger."

You want the full package — normalization, insight, email, and a sequence-ready subject line — in one shot

For each row in this sheet: clean the company name in column A and write the normalized version into column H; use Autobound to get the top company insight and write it into column D; generate a personalized email body referencing that insight using the contact name and title from columns B and C, and write it into column E; then generate a matching subject line for that email and write it into column F.

One prompt, one run, five columns populated — normalization through subject line without a second pass.
