The Scenario
The finance team wants a copy of every BoxHero supplier on file before the end-of-month vendor audit. They've asked for name, type (supplier vs. customer), and contact details — formatted in a spreadsheet they can sort and cross-reference against the accounts payable ledger.

Filter out any partner whose last transaction date is more than 12 months ago — write those to a separate tab called "Dormant." For active partners, add a column G showing the total value of transactions in the last 12 months pulled from BoxHero transaction records.
