The Scenario
The recruiter ran the sourcing pass last week. Two hundred fifty LinkedIn profile URLs, collected one by one, now sitting in column A with nothing else. The outreach can't start until there are email addresses.
It's Wednesday afternoon. The hiring manager wants a status update by Friday. The first batch of outreach messages needs to go out by end of week if the role is going to close before the quarter ends.
The bad version:
- Copy the URLs out of the sheet, paste them into Clearout's LinkedIn lookup tool in batches.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Before running the Clearout LinkedIn lookup, normalize all URLs in column A — add the https:// prefix where missing, strip trailing slashes — then run the lookup for all 250 rows and write email to column B, name to column C, company to column D.

Look up all 250 LinkedIn URLs in column A with Clearout — write email to column B, full name to column C, company to column D. Mark any row where no email was found with "manual sourcing needed" in column E.
Some candidates are from companies on a do-not-contact list I have in a second sheet
After running Clearout LinkedIn lookup and writing email to column B and company to column D, check column D against the company names in the "DNC List" sheet tab — flag any row where the company matches as "DNC" in column E.
