Bulk-Append Mobile Phone Numbers to a Prospect List in Google Sheets via Datagma

The Scenario

You're a field sales rep with a regional roadshow starting in six days. Your Google Sheet has 120 prospects — emails in column B, LinkedIn URLs in column C — and the phone number column is completely empty. Your manager expects a call list by end of week. Without verified mobile numbers, you're going into the roadshow relying on cold emails that might not even get opened before the event.

The bad version:

  • Search each name on LinkedIn, look for a phone number in the contact info section, copy it into column D manually — most profiles don't even show it
  • Pay for a manual enrichment service, hand over the sheet, wait three days, get back a file with half the numbers flagged as "unverified"
  • Convince whoever owns your RevOps Zapier account to build a flow that calls Datagma's phone finder endpoint row-by-row, debug it when it breaks on row 40 because a LinkedIn URL was malformed, and lose a day you didn't have

The roadshow doesn't move. And showing up to 120 meetings without a way to call ahead is a rep's nightmare.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads the Prospects sheet, understands which columns hold emails and LinkedIn URLs, and through its built-in Datagma integration it calls the phone finder endpoint for each row and writes the highest-confidence mobile number back into column D. No Zap, no export, no manual lookup.

For each row in my Prospects sheet that has an email in column B and a LinkedIn URL in column C, use Datagma to find a mobile phone number and write it into column D

What You Get

  • Column D: verified mobile number for each prospect where Datagma found a match
  • Rows where Datagma returned no number or flagged the result as low-confidence are noted in column E — so you can decide whether to try a different enrichment source or skip the call
  • Numbers are returned in a consistent format so your dialer can import them directly

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Some rows are missing the LinkedIn URL

You have emails for all 120 prospects but only 90 LinkedIn URLs. You want Datagma to use the email alone as the fallback input for the rows where the URL is missing.

For each row in my Prospects sheet, use Datagma to find a mobile number — use the LinkedIn URL in column C if present, otherwise use the email in column B — and write the result into column D

The LinkedIn URLs have tracking parameters appended

Your LinkedIn URLs came from a sales tool and have "?lipi=..." or similar query strings appended. Datagma expects clean profile URLs.

Strip any query string parameters from the LinkedIn URLs in column C, then run Datagma phone search for each row using the cleaned URL and the email in column B, and write the mobile number into column D

You want to prioritize calling prospects in a specific region

Your roadshow is regional. You only want phone numbers for prospects in columns A–D where the city field in column E matches your target metros.

Filter to rows where column E contains "Austin," "Dallas," or "Houston," then use Datagma to find mobile numbers using email in column B and LinkedIn URL in column C, and write results into column D

Full cleanup, filtering, enrichment, and confidence-flagging in one shot

URLs have query strings, some rows are missing LinkedIn, you want to scope to your region, and you need to flag low-confidence results before the call list goes to your manager.

Strip query strings from LinkedIn URLs in column C, for rows where column E matches your roadshow metros, use Datagma to find mobile numbers using LinkedIn URL first and email as fallback, write the result into column D, and highlight rows in red where Datagma returned no number or a low-confidence result
