The Scenario
It's the morning of the quarterly pipeline review. The growth marketer on your team built the 'Enterprise Q2' contact list in GetProspect over the last six weeks — 180 contacts with tags, titles, and verified emails. Your CRM shows 210 accounts in the enterprise segment. You need to compare against your CRM data already in the sheet
Your CRM export is already in the 'CRM' tab with email addresses in column C. You want to see which GetProspect contacts are genuinely new.
Pull all contacts from GetProspect list 'Q2 Outbound' into the 'Prospects' tab (columns A–E), then check each email against column C of the CRM tab and write 'New' or 'Exists' into column F of the Prospects tab
