The Scenario
You're a B2B account executive. Your manager just handed you a list of 80 target accounts and said: "Find the VP of Engineering at each one before the outreach campaign kicks off Monday." It's Thursday afternoon.
Your CRM has the company names. It does not have the contacts. LinkedIn Sales Navigator has them, but at $1,500 a seat, you're the only person on the team who has access — and you have a full pipeline to work besides this enrichment project.
The bad version:
- Open LinkedIn for each of the 80 companies, search for "VP of Engineering," click into the profile, copy the name, switch back to the sheet, paste — 80 companies, 80 browser cycles.
- Ask the BDR team to research the contacts — they'll get to it when they finish the current campaign, which is next week.
- Go into Monday's outreach with generic "To the Engineering Team" subject lines and a 12% open rate.
The campaign kicks off Monday. You have 80 accounts and two days.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI reads your Google Sheet and calls Interzoid's executive lookup API for every target account — writing the executive name and LinkedIn URL without you opening a browser.
For each company in column A, use Interzoid to find the VP of Engineering and write the executive name and LinkedIn URL to columns B and C.
What You Get
- Column B: VP of Engineering name at each target account.
- Column C: LinkedIn profile URL.
- Rows where Interzoid found no match for that role flagged in column D so you know where manual research is needed.
- A contact sheet ready for personalized outreach Monday morning.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Some companies in column A are too small to have a VP of Engineering — want a fallback role
For each company in column A, try to find the VP of Engineering using Interzoid. If that role returns no match, look for Head of Engineering or CTO instead. Write the best match name to column B, the matched role title to column C, and the LinkedIn URL to column D.
You want the CEO as well for multi-threading the outreach
Look up the CEO at every company listed in column A using Interzoid and populate columns B and C with the executive's full name and biography link.
Column A has company names that are subsidiaries — you want to look up the parent brand instead
For each company in column A, first resolve the ultimate parent company name using Interzoid, then use the parent name to look up the VP of Engineering and write the executive name and LinkedIn URL to columns B and C.
Full contact enrichment in one shot
For each company in column A: look up VP of Engineering using Interzoid, fall back to Head of Engineering if not found, fall back to CTO if still not found. Write the best-match name to column B, the actual role found to column C, and the LinkedIn URL to column D. Flag any company where no engineering leadership was found as 'NO MATCH' in column D. Create a 'ReadyForOutreach' sheet containing only non-flagged rows.
The campaign goes into Monday with 80 personalized subject lines.
