The Scenario
Your top five competitors just launched a bundle that's getting traction. You need to know what keywords their ASINs rank for — specifically, the ones that your own listing doesn't cover — before your next PPC review on Friday.
The five competitor ASINs are already in your Competitor Analysis sheet, column A. What you don't have yet is the keyword footprint behind each of them.
The bad version:
- Open Jungle Scout's keyword tool, paste in the first ASIN, wait for the ranking keywords to load.
- Copy the keyword list, go back to the sheet, paste it somewhere, label it so you know which ASIN it belongs to.
- Do this five times, which gives you five separate data blobs in five different places.
- Spend the next hour manually comparing your own keyword list against the five competitor lists to find the gaps.
The analysis your manager wants is "which high-volume keywords are they ranking for that we aren't." What you're about to spend Friday doing is data plumbing.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It reads the ASINs from your sheet, connects to Jungle Scout, and writes ranking keyword data for each one.
For the 5 competitor ASINs in column A of my Competitor Analysis sheet, fetch the ranking keywords from Jungle Scout and write each ASIN's top 20 keywords into a separate section of the sheet.
SheetXAI reads each ASIN from column A, fetches the Jungle Scout ranking keyword data for each one, and writes the top 20 keywords per ASIN into labeled sections of the sheet — stacked vertically with an ASIN header row separating each block.
What You Get
- Each ASIN's top 20 ranking keywords written into the sheet with the ASIN as a section label.
- Keyword, search volume, and rank position included for each entry so you can filter by volume immediately.
- All five competitors covered in one operation, not five separate tool-switching sessions.
- Data aligned in consistent columns so you can apply a cross-ASIN filter without manual restructuring.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
I want the results in a separate tab for each ASIN
For each ASIN in column A of my Competitor Analysis sheet, fetch the Jungle Scout ranking keywords and create a separate tab named after each ASIN, writing keyword, search volume, and rank position into that tab.
I want to filter to only keywords with search volume above 1000
Pull ranking keywords from Jungle Scout for the ASINs in column A of my Competitor Analysis sheet. Write each keyword, search volume, and rank into a Competitor Keywords tab, but only include keywords with monthly search volume above 1000.
The ASIN list includes my own ASIN and I want to exclude it from the competitor pull
For the ASINs in column A of my Competitor Analysis sheet, skip the ASIN in cell A1 (that's my own listing) and fetch Jungle Scout ranking keywords for the remaining ASINs. Write the results into a Competitor Keywords tab with ASIN, keyword, search volume, and rank position.
Kill-chain: pull competitor keywords, compare against my listing, and flag gaps in one prompt
Fetch Jungle Scout ranking keywords for the 5 ASINs in column A of my Competitor Analysis sheet. Write all results into a tab called Competitor Keywords with ASIN, keyword, search volume, and rank. Then compare against the keyword list in my My Keywords tab and add a column labeled "Gap" — mark it "YES" for any keyword that appears in the competitor data but not in my list.
One prompt, one operation, a gap analysis ready to act on.
