Export LGM Team Members and Identities to a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You're a sales team lead managing six LGM users. Q3 campaigns go live in two weeks. Before you finalize the send schedule, you need to know which team members have LinkedIn identities connected, which have email identities, and which are set up for both — because the sequences you're planning require both channels, and if someone's email identity is disconnected, their contacts will only get LinkedIn touches.

Nobody has this information in one place. It's distributed across the LGM workspace settings, per user.

The bad version:

  • Open LGM workspace settings, click into each team member's profile one at a time, note their connected identities, go back to your sheet, type it in, repeat six times.
  • Discover that two members show "connected" in the UI but their identity status is actually expired — information that's buried two clicks deeper than the member profile.
  • Build the table, bring it to the team sync, realize you forgot to note whether each identity is assigned to an active campaign or sitting unassigned — information you'd need to go back and check.

The audit takes 40 minutes and the output is a manually typed table that's already slightly out of date by the time you share it.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It connects to your LaGrowthMachine workspace, pulls the team member roster and identity data, and writes it all into your sheet — so the capacity audit that normally takes half a morning takes about 20 seconds.

Open the SheetXAI sidebar and paste this:

List all members in my LGM workspace and write them to a 'Team Members' sheet with columns: member_id, name, email, role

Then follow it with:

List all connected identities in my LGM account and write them to an 'Identities' sheet with columns: identity_id, name, type (linkedin/email), status — then write 'Unassigned' in column E for any identity not currently linked to an active campaign

What You Get

  • 'Team Members' sheet: one row per workspace member with their ID, name, email address, and role (admin, user, etc.).
  • 'Identities' sheet: one row per connected identity with type (LinkedIn or email) and current status — so you can see at a glance which identities are active vs. expired vs. disconnected.
  • Column E flags any identity that isn't assigned to a live campaign, which is often a sign of unused sending capacity or a setup that never got completed.
  • The full picture in two prompts, no UI navigation required.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

Join team members and identities in one view

You want to see which identities belong to which team member, in a single sheet rather than two separate tabs.

List all LGM workspace members and all connected identities — write a joined view to a 'Team Capacity' sheet with columns: member_name, member_email, identity_name, identity_type, identity_status — one row per identity per member

Flag members with no connected identities

Before the Q3 launch, you want to catch anyone who has no identity set up at all — they can't participate in sequences.

List all LGM workspace members and all connected identities — write all members to 'Team Members' with member_id, name, email, role — then in column E write 'No identity' for any member who has no identity listed in the Identities data

Check which identities are linked to active campaigns

You want to know not just whether an identity is connected, but whether it's actually doing work right now.

List all connected identities in my LGM account and all active campaigns — write identities to 'Identities' with identity_id, name, type, status — then in column F write the campaign name for any identity currently assigned to an active campaign, or 'Unassigned' if none

Full pre-launch capacity audit in one prompt

Members, identities, campaign assignments, and a flag for anyone who's not ready to send — all in one instruction.

List all LGM workspace members, all connected identities, and all active campaigns — write to 'Team Capacity' sheet with columns: member_name, identity_name, identity_type, identity_status, assigned_campaign — one row per identity — then in column F write 'Ready' if identity status is active and assigned to a campaign, 'Unassigned' if active but not assigned, or 'Needs setup' if status is not active

Walk into the team sync with the complete picture already in your sheet.
