Export Digital Files From Lemon Squeezy Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You're doing a product update push next week — updating file attachments across 30 products. Before you start, you need to know what's currently attached where.

A former contractor set up most of the file attachments when the store launched. You inherited the store six months ago and have never done a full inventory. Some products might have outdated files. Some might have files that were supposed to be replaced but weren't. A few might be missing attachments entirely.

You need every file in Lemon Squeezy listed out — file name, which variant it's attached to, file size, and the download URL — so you can compare against what you know should be there.

The bad version:

  • Navigate to product 1, click into the variant, look at the files tab, note the file name and size
  • Go back, repeat for each variant, repeat for each product
  • Thirty products with two to three variants each means 60 to 90 separate navigation paths to get a complete inventory

There is no faster way to do this in the Lemon Squeezy dashboard. You're clicking into each variant one at a time.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It connects to Lemon Squeezy through its built-in integration and pulls the full file inventory across all variants in one pass.

List all files in my Lemon Squeezy store and write file name, variant ID, size in bytes, and the signed download URL into columns A through D

What You Get

  • Column A: file name
  • Column B: variant ID the file is attached to
  • Column C: file size in bytes
  • Column D: signed download URL
  • One row per file, all variants and products in a single pull

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You want variant names instead of variant IDs

Export every Lemon Squeezy digital file across all variants and write file name, associated product name, variant name, and file size in KB into columns A through D

You want to flag files by type

List all Lemon Squeezy files and write file name, variant ID, size in bytes, and file extension into columns A through D — flag any file that is not a PDF or ZIP in column E as Review Needed

You only want files for a specific product

Fetch all files attached to the Lemon Squeezy product ID in cell A1 and write file name, variant name, size in bytes, and download URL into columns A through D

Full asset audit in one shot

List all files in my Lemon Squeezy store and write file name, product name, variant name, file size in KB, file extension, and download URL into columns A through F — flag any file over 100MB in column G, sort by product name ascending

One sheet. The full inventory before the update push begins.
