Export All Orders From Lemon Squeezy Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You've been putting off the quarterly tax prep for three weeks. The accountant sent the request on a Tuesday, you said you'd have it by Friday, and now it's Thursday evening and you still don't have a clean order export anywhere.

Lemon Squeezy has an Orders view. You've looked at it. There's no straightforward export that gives you every field — order number, customer email, product name, total amount, and date — in a single download. The partial CSV it does offer requires cleanup before it's usable.

The bad version:

  • Open the Orders view, set the date filter to the quarter, download whatever CSV is available, open it in Sheets
  • Realize the total is in cents not dollars, the date format is ISO 8601 and your accountant wants MM/DD/YYYY, and the product name column is missing entirely
  • Manually add the product name column by cross-referencing each order ID, convert the currency column with a formula, reformat the dates, and export again

Your accountant is waiting and you have an early morning tomorrow. The reformatting alone is going to take an hour you don't have.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads the sheet, understands the context, and through its built-in Lemon Squeezy integration it pulls the order data directly into your columns — no CSV, no reformatting.

Pull all orders from my Lemon Squeezy store and list order number, customer email, product name, total amount in cents, and order date into columns A through E of this sheet

What You Get

  • Column A: order number (e.g., 93847261)
  • Column B: customer email
  • Column C: product name as it appears in Lemon Squeezy
  • Column D: total amount in cents (you can convert with a single formula if needed)
  • Column E: order date in ISO format
  • One row per order, starting at row 2 with headers in row 1

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

The totals are in cents and you need dollars

Pull all Lemon Squeezy orders from the past 90 days into columns A through E — order number, customer email, product name, total amount converted to dollars, and order date formatted as MM/DD/YYYY

You only want orders for one specific product

List all Lemon Squeezy orders for the product ID in cell A1 and write order number, customer email, total, and date into columns B through E — one row per order

You need subtotal, tax, and total broken out separately

Fetch all Lemon Squeezy orders from Q1 2026 and write order ID, customer email, subtotal, tax amount, and total amount into columns A through E — all values in dollars

Clean up and export in one shot

Pull all Lemon Squeezy orders from the past 90 days into this sheet, convert totals from cents to dollars, format dates as MM/DD/YYYY, remove any test orders where customer email contains plus-sign aliases, and flag orders over $200 in column F

You don't have to prep the data first and then export it. Ask for the cleanup and the pull in the same prompt.
