The Scenario
You coordinate interviews across 30 active candidates this week. The interviewers are spread across three teams, the panels are scheduled at different times, and the logistics sheet your manager wants is blank. You have opportunity IDs in Column A. Everything else is in Lever.
The bad version:
- Click into the first Lever opportunity, scroll to the interviews section, write down the panel name, the date, the interview type, and who is assigned
- Repeat for each of the 30 opportunities
- Come back the next day when two panels got rescheduled and do it again
The hiring manager has asked twice whether the logistics sheet is ready. The sheet is not ready.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads the opportunity IDs in your sheet and pulls the interview panel data for each one in a single request — panel name, date, type, and assigned interviewers all written directly into adjacent columns.
Open your logistics sheet with opportunity IDs in Column A and type:
For each opportunity ID in Column A, get all Lever interview panels and write panel name, interview date, interview type, and assigned interviewer names into columns B through E — one row per interview panel
What You Get
- Column B: panel name as it appears in Lever
- Column C: interview date and time
- Column D: interview type (phone, video, on-site, panel, etc.)
- Column E: comma-separated list of assigned interviewers for that panel
- Multiple panels per opportunity each get their own row, with the opportunity ID repeated in Column A
- Opportunities with no scheduled panels produce no rows
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
You need interviewer emails, not just names
For each opportunity ID in Column A, pull all Lever interview panels and write panel name, interview date, type, and the email addresses of assigned interviewers into columns B through E — one row per panel
Some opportunity IDs in Column A have already been cancelled
For each opportunity ID in Column A, pull Lever interview panels and write panel name, date, type, and interviewers into columns B through E. Skip any opportunity that has no active panels and write 'No panels' in Column B for those rows
You need to filter to only on-site and panel interview types
For each opportunity ID in Column A, pull Lever interview panels — but only write rows where the interview type is 'On-site' or 'Panel'. Write panel name, date, type, and assigned interviewers into columns B through E
You want the full logistics view plus a room-booking summary
For each opportunity ID in Column A, pull all Lever interview panels and write panel name, date, type, and interviewers into columns B through E. Then, starting in column G, list each unique interview date and the count of panels scheduled on that date — sorted chronologically
Getting the daily panel count alongside the full detail row means your room booking request is ready in the same step.
