Pull Recent Comments From NetHunt CRM Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

A customer escalated a support issue yesterday, and your head of customer success wants to know what the team has already discussed internally about this account. The information lives in comments added to NetHunt CRM deal records — but there are 200 deal records in the folder and no way to filter comments by date without opening each one.

The bad version:

  • Open NetHunt CRM, go to the Deals folder, click into the first record, scroll to the comments section, check the date on each comment, and note down anything from the last 48 hours.
  • Repeat for every record in the folder.
  • Get through 30 records before your next meeting cuts you off. The escalated account was in record 47.

The information exists. The problem is purely one of access — the data is locked inside individual record views instead of being surfaced in one place.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It connects to NetHunt CRM, retrieves every comment added in the specified time window, and writes them into a sheet where you can actually read and act on them.

Retrieve all comments created in the last 48 hours in my NetHunt CRM Deals folder and write each comment's creation time, associated record ID, record name, and comment text into my Google Sheet

What You Get

  • One row per comment.
  • Columns: creation time, record ID, record name, comment text.
  • Ordered by creation time descending so the most recent comments appear first.
  • Records with no comments in the window are excluded.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

I want to filter to comments mentioning a specific keyword — like the company name

Retrieve all comments from the last 48 hours in my NetHunt CRM Deals folder, filter to only include comments where the text contains Globex, and write creation time, record name, and comment text into my sheet

I need comments from both Deals and a Support folder

Pull all comments created in the last 48 hours from both my NetHunt CRM Deals folder and my Support folder, add a Folder column, and write creation time, folder, record name, and comment text into my sheet sorted by creation time descending

I want to see the author of each comment too

Retrieve all comments created in the last 48 hours in my NetHunt CRM Deals folder and write each comment's creation time, author name, associated record name, and comment text into my sheet

Full comment digest: clean the sheet, pull 72 hours of comments, flag anything mentioning urgent keywords

Clear everything below row 1 in my Comments sheet, pull all comments from the last 72 hours across my NetHunt CRM Deals and Support folders, write creation time, folder, record name, author, and comment text as rows, then flag any row where the comment contains the words urgent, escalate, or refund by writing FLAG in a Status column

Combining the pull and the flag in one pass means you see every high-priority comment without reading through the entire sheet first.
