The Scenario
You're the retail operations manager and your packaging team is waiting. 250 product landing page URLs are in column A of your Google Sheet — one per SKU. Each one needs a QR code on the packaging insert so customers can scan to the product page. The design team is ready to go as soon as you send them a column of QR image URLs to batch-download and embed.
You found out this morning that the QR code generation tool your team has been using charges per code and has a monthly limit. You're over it.
The bad version:
- Sign up for a new QR code generator, discover it only supports 50 codes per batch export
- Generate 5 batches, download 5 ZIP files, unzip each, rename the files to match SKUs, upload them somewhere the design team can access
- Realize the file naming convention you used doesn't match the SKU naming convention in the sheet and now you have to match 250 files by hand
The design team needed this yesterday. Packaging production starts in 48 hours.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. Through its built-in Neutrino integration, it generates a QR code for each URL in column A and writes the resulting image URL directly into column B — ready for the design team to reference without any file downloads or batch management.
For each URL in column A, generate a QR code via Neutrino and write the QR image URL into column B.
What You Get
- Column B: a QR image URL for every product URL in column A — one per row, inline in the sheet
- No batch exports, no ZIP files, no file renaming — the design team gets a column of URLs they can reference directly
- 250 QR codes generated in one operation
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Some URLs in column A are missing the https:// prefix
For each URL in column A, add the https:// prefix if it is missing. Then generate a QR code via Neutrino and write the image URL in column B.
You need QR codes for both the product URL and the returns URL in column B
For each row, generate a QR code via Neutrino for the product URL in column A and write the QR image URL in column C. Also generate a QR code for the returns URL in column B and write that QR image URL in column D.
Some rows have blank URLs because the product page isn't live yet
Skip any row where column A is blank. For all rows with a URL, generate a QR code via Neutrino and write the image URL in column B. Flag skipped rows with PENDING in column C.
Full packaging asset prep in one shot
Add https:// to any URL in column A missing the prefix. Generate a QR code via Neutrino for each URL and write the image URL in column B. Skip any blank rows and flag them with PENDING in column C. Then add a summary note in a header cell showing how many QR codes were generated and how many rows are pending.
