Duplicate NoCRM.io Leads Into a New Campaign Pipeline From a Google Sheet

The Scenario

The sales director wants to spin up a new campaign pipeline without touching the existing one. She identified 30 high-potential leads from last quarter — companies that showed interest but didn't close — and wants clones of each in a fresh pipeline specifically for the re-engagement campaign.

A Google Sheet has the source lead IDs in column A. The plan is to duplicate each one into the new pipeline, get the new lead IDs back, and track them alongside the originals for the campaign.

The bad version:

  • Open lead ID from row 1 in NoCRM.io. Look for a duplicate or clone option — it exists, but it's in a menu that takes a couple of clicks to find.
  • Complete the duplication. Note the new lead ID somewhere.
  • Go back to the sheet. Find row 2. Open NoCRM.io again.
  • Do this 29 more times, pasting new lead IDs into column B as you go, hoping you don't mistype one.

30 duplications manually is not a catastrophe. But it's 45 minutes of careful, repetitive work for a task that has zero analytical value — the decision about which leads to clone was the work. Everything after that is mechanics.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It reads the source lead IDs, uses NoCRM.io's duplicate function on each one, and writes the new lead IDs back into column B — no manual record-opening required.

Duplicate each NoCRM.io lead ID listed in column A and write the new lead ID into column B for each one. Process all 30 rows.

What You Get

  • Each of the 30 leads duplicated in NoCRM.io using the native duplicate function.
  • The new lead ID written into column B for each successfully cloned lead.
  • Error messages in column B for any source lead ID that can't be found or fails to duplicate — so nothing is silently skipped.
  • A clean reference table of old IDs to new IDs that can feed the campaign tracking sheet.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

The cloned leads need to be immediately reassigned to a specific campaign rep

Duplicate each lead in column A, then assign the new lead to user ID [user_id] from the campaign team. Write the new lead ID into column B and the assigned user into column C.

The duplicates need a tag applied right after cloning to mark them as re-engagement leads

Duplicate each lead in column A, apply the tag "Re-Engage Q3" to the new lead, and write the new lead ID into column B. If either step fails, write the error into column B.

Some source leads don't exist anymore — they were deleted in the last cleanup

For each ID in column A, check whether the lead exists in NoCRM.io before attempting to duplicate it. If it exists, duplicate it and write the new lead ID into column B. If not, write "Not Found" into column B and continue.

The full campaign setup: clone the lead, retag it, update the title to include the campaign name, and assign it to the campaign rep — all in one pass

For each lead in column A: duplicate it in NoCRM.io, update the new lead's title to append " – Re-Engage Q3," apply the tag "Re-Engage Q3," and assign it to user ID in column B. Write the new lead ID into column C and "Ready" into column D when all steps complete.

Running the full setup in one prompt saves four separate passes — and you get a single status column to verify the whole batch before the campaign kicks off.
