The Scenario
An ops manager got a request from the IT security team: a full list of every NoCRM.io user and which team they belong to, exported to a spreadsheet, by end of next week. It's part of the quarterly access and permissions review — a standard ask, but no one in sales ops has ever had to do it before.

Pull all NoCRM.io teams and members into the "NoCRM Members" tab with team name in A, member name in B, and email in C. Then, for each email in column C, check if it appears in the "HR Roster" tab (column B) and write "Active" or "Not in HR system" into column D.
The full audit: pull team members, flag anyone with admin privileges, and identify any email addresses not on the company domain
List all NoCRM.io teams and members in the sheet. For each member: flag their role in column D, check whether their email ends in @[companydomain].com and write "External" in column E if it doesn't, and write "Admin" in column F if their role is admin. Leave column E and F blank for standard internal members.
