Export NoCRM.io Teams and Members Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

An ops manager got a request from the IT security team: a full list of every NoCRM.io user and which team they belong to, exported to a spreadsheet, by end of next week. It's part of the quarterly access and permissions review — a standard ask, but no one in sales ops has ever had to do it before.

The NoCRM.io admin panel shows teams and members, but it's a UI built for managing them, not for exporting them. There's no obvious "export to CSV" button on the teams page. The ops manager starts clicking: Team 1, expand members, write down names and emails. Team 2.

The bad version:

  • Navigate to the NoCRM.io teams settings page.
  • Click the first team to see its members.
  • Write down (or copy) each member's name and email into a spreadsheet row, along with the team name.
  • Click back, find team 2, expand, repeat.
  • Do this for every team in the account — the ops manager doesn't even know how many there are yet.

This is the kind of audit task that lands on the ops manager's desk with no fanfare and no tooling — just a deadline and a blank spreadsheet.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It connects to NoCRM.io, pulls the full team and member list, and writes it into the sheet — with team name, member name, and email — in one operation.

Pull all NoCRM.io teams and their members into this sheet — one row per team member, with team name in column A, member name in column B, and member email in column C.

What You Get

  • One row per NoCRM.io team member across all teams.
  • Team name in column A, member name in column B, member email in column C.
  • A complete roster the IT security team can use directly for the access review — no reformatting required.
  • The whole export lands in the sheet in a single prompt, not across an afternoon of manual navigation.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

The IT team also wants the member's role within NoCRM.io, not just their name and email

Pull all NoCRM.io teams and their members into the sheet — one row per member, with team name in column A, member name in column B, member email in column C, and member role in column D.

The security review needs the data sorted alphabetically by team, then by member name within each team

Fetch all NoCRM.io teams and members and write them into the sheet sorted first by team name (A→Z) and then by member name within each team. Use the same four-column layout: team name, member name, email, role.

The ops manager wants to cross-reference the NoCRM.io list against the company HR roster in another tab

Pull all NoCRM.io teams and members into the "NoCRM Members" tab with team name in A, member name in B, and email in C. Then, for each email in column C, check if it appears in the "HR Roster" tab (column B) and write "Active" or "Not in HR system" into column D.

The full audit: pull team members, flag anyone with admin privileges, and identify any email addresses not on the company domain

List all NoCRM.io teams and members in the sheet. For each member: flag their role in column D, check whether their email ends in @[companydomain].com and write "External" in column E if it doesn't, and write "Admin" in column F if their role is admin. Leave column E and F blank for standard internal members.

Doing the cross-referencing and flagging in one prompt saves two separate passes and produces an audit-ready sheet the IT team can act on directly.
