The Scenario
Your digital marketing agency just wrapped a Facebook Lead Ads campaign for a client. Three hundred leads came in over two weeks. They are sitting in a Google Sheet — Name, Email, Phone, Source, date collected. The client's sales team asked for them in PageX CRM on Monday. It is now Wednesday.
The bad version:
- You open PageX, navigate to the CRM contacts section, and start creating records manually — one form, one lead, one submit at a time.
- Somewhere around lead 40 you realize the Phone column in your sheet sometimes has dashes and sometimes doesn't, and PageX is rejecting a few records. You go back to fix them in the sheet, then lose your place in the CRM.
- By lead 80 you've been at this for over an hour and the client is asking for a status update you don't have.
That is 300 leads. Even at the optimistic pace of two minutes each, you are looking at ten hours of data entry. That is not a task — that is a small project that nobody budgeted for.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads the data in your tabs, understands the structure, and through its built-in PageX integration it can create CRM leads directly in PageX for you — in bulk, in a single operation.
Here is the prompt for this task:
Create a PageX CRM lead for every row in the Leads tab using the Name, Email, and Phone columns — push all 300 leads at once and write the result status back to column F
What You Get
- A new CRM contact created in PageX for each row in the sheet.
- Column F updated with the result: "Created," "Skipped (duplicate email)," or the specific error if PageX rejected the record.
- The entire batch completes in one operation — no waiting between rows, no manually refreshing to see progress.
- Any rows with a missing Email column are skipped automatically and flagged, so you can address them without re-running the whole push.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
Phone numbers are formatted inconsistently across rows
Some rows have dashes, some have parentheses, some have nothing. PageX is rejecting records with unexpected formats.
Normalize the Phone column in the Leads tab so all numbers are in the format (###) ###-#### before pushing to PageX CRM — then create a lead for every row and log the result in column F
The sheet has a header row plus two extra description rows before the data starts
Your exported sheet has three rows at the top before the actual lead data begins, and SheetXAI is trying to push those too.
Skip the first three rows of the Leads tab (they are headers and description rows, not contacts) and create a PageX CRM lead for every data row below them using Name, Email, Phone, and Source columns
Leads from two separate tabs need to be combined before pushing
The Facebook campaign data is in one tab and the Instagram campaign is in another, and you need all of them in PageX under a unified source tag.
Combine rows from the Facebook tab and the Instagram tab, set the LeadSource field to the tab name for each row, and push all combined rows into PageX CRM as new leads — write the status to a new Results tab
The entire list needs dedup, format cleanup, and a push in one shot
You're not sure if there are duplicate emails across the two campaign tabs, the phone formats are mixed, and you need everything in PageX before the client call at 3 PM.
Deduplicate rows across the Facebook and Instagram tabs by Email, normalize Phone to (###) ###-#### format, then push all unique leads to PageX CRM and write the result to a new Results tab — flag any skipped duplicates with the reason
One prompt handles the audit, the cleanup, and the push together. You do not have to run them in three separate steps.
