Export Your Full Piggy Perks Catalog Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

The loyalty program director has been asked to review every perk currently live in Piggy before the team publishes a new VIP tier next week. The ask is specific: a single Google Sheet with every perk's name, ID, and type, sorted and ready for review. Nobody wants to scroll through the Piggy UI page by page to compile this manually.

The bad version:

  • Open the Piggy perks catalog in the UI, start scrolling, write down perk names and IDs.
  • Check whether there's an export option — there isn't, or it doesn't include all the fields you need.
  • Spend 45 minutes building a manual list, realize you missed the perks on page 3, start over.

The review meeting is tomorrow. The catalog has to be current, complete, and in the sheet before the team sees it.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It pulls the full Piggy perks catalog via the API and writes every perk into the sheet — one per row, all fields included, sorted and ready to review.

List all available perks in Piggy and write each perk's name, ID, and type into this sheet, one perk per row

What You Get

  • Row 1 gets headers: Perk Name, Perk ID, Type.
  • Every subsequent row is one perk from the Piggy catalog, with all three fields populated.
  • The sheet reflects the current state of Piggy's catalog at the moment you run the prompt — no stale cache, no missing pages.
  • If Piggy returns additional metadata (description, value, tier association), SheetXAI writes those fields into additional columns so nothing is lost.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You need the catalog sorted alphabetically by perk name for easier review

List all perks in Piggy and write each perk's name, ID, type, and any description into this sheet one per row. Sort alphabetically by perk name

You need to compare the Piggy catalog against perks already listed in column A

Fetch the full Piggy perks catalog. For each perk, check whether its name appears in column A of this sheet. Write the Piggy perk details into columns B, C, and D. Mark perks that are in Piggy but not in column A with NEW in column E. Mark perks that are in column A but not in Piggy with MISSING in column E

You only want perks of a specific type — for example, discount perks only

List all perks in Piggy where the type is 'discount'. Write each perk's name, ID, and value into this sheet, one per row, sorted by value descending

Pull the full catalog, enrich with metadata, flag conflicts, and format for the review meeting

Fetch every perk from Piggy. Write the name into column A, ID into column B, type into column C, and any associated tier or segment data into column D. Sort by type then alphabetically by name within each type. Add a header row. Write the total perk count into cell F1 and the count by type into cells F2 onward

A formatted, sorted catalog with the count summary in the header cells means the director can hand it to the team without any prep work.
