Export the Remarkety Product Catalog to a Google Sheet for Pricing Review

The Scenario

A new product recommendation campaign goes live next week. Before anyone touches the campaign settings, the merchandising lead wants to audit the product catalog in Remarkety — all 800 products, with name, SKU, price, and category — to make sure the data is clean enough to use for personalization. She's heard stories about SKUs that got renamed mid-season and categories that were tagged inconsistently.

Remarkety shows products one page at a time. It doesn't have a bulk export for the product catalog. She's been told the workaround is to use the API.

The bad version:

  • Find the Remarkety API documentation. Get an API key. Write or copy a script that paginates through the products endpoint. Parse the JSON response. Figure out why the category field is sometimes null and sometimes an empty string. Export to a spreadsheet.
  • Realize the script broke on page 4 because one product had a malformed SKU field and the parser threw an exception. Fix it. Rerun.
  • Do this again when the catalog updates.

You're a merchandiser, not a developer. You didn't come here to write JSON parsers.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Google Sheet. It connects to Remarkety, handles the pagination and parsing, and writes a clean product list wherever you point it — no API script required.

Fetch all Remarkety products and write product name, SKU, price, and category into columns A through D. Sort by price descending. Put headers on row 1.

What You Get

  • All 800 products pulled across all pages, no pagination cutoff.
  • Product name, SKU, price, and category written into columns A through D with headers on row 1.
  • Sorted by price descending so the highest-priced items are immediately visible.
  • Null or empty category fields written as blank cells — no broken formulas downstream.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You need product ID included for cross-referencing against your warehouse system

Fetch all Remarkety products and write product ID, name, SKU, price, and category into columns A through E. Sort by product ID ascending.

You only want products in a specific category

Fetch all Remarkety products in the "Apparel" category and write product name, SKU, and price into columns A through C. Sort by product name ascending.

You want to flag any products missing a SKU or category

Fetch all Remarkety products and write name, SKU, price, and category into columns A through D. Add a column E that says "Missing Data" if SKU or category is blank, and "OK" otherwise. Sort so all "Missing Data" rows appear first.

Full catalog audit with pricing tier labels in one shot

Fetch all Remarkety products. Write name, SKU, price, and category into columns A through D. Add a column E that labels each product "Premium" if price is over 200, "Mid-range" if price is between 50 and 200, and "Entry" if price is under 50. Flag any rows with blank SKU or blank category in column F. Sort by price descending.

One prompt does the export, the audit, and the tier labeling — the merchandising review starts the moment it finishes.
