Pull All Retently Campaign Performance Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

The board deck is due Friday. You are the VP of CX, and one of the slides is supposed to show NPS trends across all 12 active survey campaigns — current score, total responses, promoter and detractor splits, date range. You know Retently has all of this. Getting it into a single coherent spreadsheet before Friday is the problem.

The bad version:

  • Open Retently's campaign dashboard, click into campaign 1, screenshot the stats, open the sheet, manually type the numbers in. Click into campaign 2. Repeat 11 more times.
  • Realize on campaign 7 that you misread the promoter percentage versus the promoter count on campaign 3 and now have to go back.
  • Finish entering all 12 campaigns, then spend another hour doing the detractor percentage formula because Retently shows the split differently than your board slide template expects.

Twelve campaigns, one column of numbers at a time, with the board deck review call at 9 AM Thursday.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads your sheet, understands the structure, and through its built-in Retently integration it can pull campaign report data for every active campaign in a single request. No clicking between tabs, no manual transcription, no formula reconciliation afterward.

Get all Retently campaign reports and write each campaign's name, current NPS score, total responses, promoter count, passive count, and detractor count into the Campaign Performance sheet

What You Get

  • One row per campaign, with columns matching the field names you specified.
  • All 12 campaigns land in a single pass — no pagination to manage manually.
  • Promoter, passive, and detractor counts are integers, not formatted percentages, so your existing formula columns work without modification.
  • If a campaign has zero responses in the period, it still appears as a row with zero in the count columns.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You want percentage columns, not raw counts

Get all Retently campaign reports and write campaign name, current NPS score, total responses, and then calculated promoter percentage, passive percentage, and detractor percentage (rounded to one decimal) into the Campaign Performance sheet

You only want campaigns launched in the last 60 days

Fetch Retently campaign reports for campaigns created in the last 60 days only — write campaign name, NPS score, total responses, and detractor count into the Board View sheet, sorted by NPS score descending

You need to join the campaign data with a campaign owner list in Sheet2

Pull all Retently campaign reports into the Campaign Performance sheet — after writing the stats, look up each campaign name in column A of Sheet2 and write the matched campaign owner name into a new column

Full pull plus board-ready summary in one pass

Fetch all Retently campaign reports and write the full stats table into the Campaign Performance sheet — then compute the portfolio-level weighted NPS score (total promoters minus total detractors divided by total responses, times 100) and write it with a label into cell B2 of the Summary sheet

One prompt, one run, and the board slide cell is already populated.

Try It
