Audit Sendloop Campaigns by Status Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

It's early January. You're planning Q1 sends and your manager wants to know which subject lines worked best last year before you write the new campaign briefs. The answer is sitting in Sendloop — but there's no "show me all completed campaigns from 2025 sorted by performance" button. There is, however, a Google Sheet that's about to have exactly that table in it.

The bad version:

  • Log into Sendloop, go to the Campaigns view, scroll through the list, mentally filter for the ones with status "sent," and start copying IDs and names into a sheet.
  • Realize the Sendloop interface paginates at 20 campaigns per page. You have somewhere around 60 from last year. Flip through three pages manually, hoping you don't lose your place.
  • Get to the end, realize you forgot to note the campaign status on 11 of the rows because you were going fast, go back to Sendloop, click through to each one, fill in the gaps.

You're spending forty minutes building a table that should exist in three seconds. The analysis hasn't even started yet.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It reads the sheet, understands what you're working with, and through its built-in Sendloop integration it can pull all campaigns — filtering by status, paginating automatically, and writing directly into the sheet.

List all completed Sendloop campaigns and write each campaign's ID, name, and status into my sheet, one row per campaign

What You Get

  • Column A: campaign ID for every completed campaign
  • Column B: campaign name
  • Column C: campaign status
  • All pages fetched automatically — no manual pagination, no missing rows

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You want to filter to a specific status

Get all Sendloop campaigns with status "sent" and write their IDs and names into columns A and B of this sheet

You want all campaigns regardless of status, with status in its own column

List all Sendloop campaigns and write their IDs, names, and statuses into columns A through C — include campaigns of every status, not just completed ones

You want to flag campaigns by status for triage

Get all Sendloop campaigns, write their IDs, names, and statuses into columns A through C, and write "ARCHIVE?" in column D for any campaign with status "draft" that hasn't been updated in over 90 days

The full campaign audit with engagement context in one shot

Get all Sendloop campaigns with status "sent," write their IDs and names into columns A and B, then for each campaign pull the open rate and click rate and write those into columns C and D — sort the rows by click rate descending so the best-performing campaigns appear at the top

Pulling campaign metadata and performance numbers together, sorted by what actually matters — one prompt instead of a morning of dashboard clicking.
