Filter Simplesat Responses by Company Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You got a calendar invite this morning: QBR with Acme Corp next Thursday. Your manager added a note: "pull their support history from Simplesat, 90 days, so we know what to address."

You manage about 40 accounts. You've never filtered Simplesat by company before — you've only ever looked at the full response feed. You're not sure if Simplesat even lets you filter by company name, or if that's a field that only shows up in the export.

The bad version:

  • Export 90 days of all CSAT responses from Simplesat — every company, every agent — as a CSV
  • Open the CSV, sort by company column, scroll until you find "Acme Corp" rows
  • Count whether there are 15 or 50 — if 50, manually delete the other 450 rows, then copy the remaining rows into the sheet

It's a big account. The QBR matters. And you're about to spend 40 minutes in a spreadsheet doing something that should take 40 seconds.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It connects to Simplesat and can scope the response pull to a specific company, writing only those rows into your sheet.

Open the sheet where you're staging QBR prep data and paste this:

Search Simplesat for all responses where company is "Acme Corp" from the last 90 days and write ticket ID, CSAT score, and comment into columns A, B, and C

What You Get

  • Column A: ticket ID linked to the survey response
  • Column B: CSAT score for that ticket
  • Column C: verbatim customer comment
  • Only Acme Corp responses — no other company data in the sheet
  • Ordered by date ascending so you can see how sentiment has shifted over the quarter

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You also want the agent name so you can see if one agent handled most of their tickets

Search Simplesat for all responses where company is "Acme Corp" from the last 90 days and write ticket ID, agent name, CSAT score, and comment into columns A through D

The company name in Simplesat is slightly different — you're not sure if it's "Acme Corp" or "Acme Corporation"

Search Simplesat for all responses from the last 90 days where company name contains "Acme" and write company name, ticket ID, score, and comment into columns A through D so I can see exactly how the company is recorded

You need a second tab with just the low-score responses for the issues discussion

Pull all Simplesat responses for company "Acme Corp" from the last 90 days into the "All Responses" tab in columns A through C, then write only the responses with a score of 1 or 2 into the "Low Scores" tab in columns A through C

Full QBR prep in one pass

Search Simplesat for all responses where company is "Acme Corp" from the last 90 days, write ticket ID, agent, score, and comment into columns A through D, then below the data add a summary showing average score, total responses, and count of scores below 3

Pull the data, get the summary, flag the risks — all from one prompt.
