Your digital marketing director sent a message at 8 AM: she needs the top 20 most-viewed videos from the Spotlightr account before the content strategy meeting at 11. Fetch all videos in the "Product Demos" Spotlightr group, sort by play count descending, and write the top 20 into this sheet — columns: video ID, title, plays, completionRate.
You need a second tab with the bottom performers too
The content refresh decision requires knowing both ends: what's performing well and what's being ignored.
Fetch all Spotlightr videos and write the top 20 by play count into the "Top Performers" tab (columns: title, plays, completionRate) and the bottom 20 by play count into the "Low Performers" tab with the same columns.
You want the export plus a repurpose recommendation in one pass
For each video in the top 20, you want a column that says "Repurpose" if completion rate is above 65% and plays are above 500, and "Review" otherwise — so the director can scan the recommendation column at a glance.
Fetch the top 20 Spotlightr videos by play count and write title, plays, and completionRate into columns A–C. In column D, write "Repurpose" if plays exceed 500 and completionRate exceeds 0.65, otherwise write "Review."
