Export Tapfiliate Customer Records Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

You're a retention analyst. You've been tasked with identifying affiliate-sourced customers who signed up more than 90 days ago and have never made a repeat purchase — the cohort most likely to respond to a winback campaign.

The challenge: your CRM has purchase history, but the affiliation source — which affiliate referred them, through which program, when — lives entirely in Tapfiliate. You have 5,000 customer records in Tapfiliate that have never been exported to your CRM.

The bad version:

  • Go to Tapfiliate, navigate to the customers section, find the export option.
  • The export runs but the file is missing the program column. Re-export with different settings.
