You're the payments coordinator. Every second Tuesday is affiliate payout day. Before you touch the payment processor, you need a clean list of who is owed what — name, email, outstanding balance by currency, and preferred payout method.

You need to know which affiliates have a payout method configured before you can send them anything.
Pull all Tapfiliate affiliate balances into this sheet. Add a column F that says "payout configured" or "missing payout method" for each affiliate based on whether they have a payout method set in Tapfiliate
You need to flag currency mismatches
Your processor only handles USD, but some affiliates have EUR or GBP balances that need to be routed separately.
List all Tapfiliate affiliates and their outstanding balances. For each affiliate, write the currency next to the balance amount and flag any non-USD balances in column G with the text "manual processing required"
Full payroll prep in one pass
List all Tapfiliate affiliates. For each one, pull their outstanding balance by currency, email, and payout method. Write everyone with a USD balance above 50 to the Payroll tab, sorted by balance descending. Flag missing payout methods in column F. Write everyone else — zero balance or below threshold — to the Excluded tab
