The Scenario
A Scrum master needs to create a standardized Kanban structure on 10 new Trello project boards before the team kicks off next sprint. Every board should have the same 6 lists in the same order. The list names are defined in a template spreadsheet. The boards already exist — they're just empty.
The bad version:
- Open the first board, click "Add a list," type the name, hit enter, repeat for each of the six lists.
- Do the same for the next 9 boards.
- Mistype "Code Review" as "Code Reveiw" on board 4 and not notice until someone raises a question during standup.
