Export Vapi Scorecards Into a Google Sheet for QA Benchmarking

The Scenario

You lead a voice AI team running monthly QA audits. Your QA process involves reviewing how well each assistant performed against your scorecards — but before you can run the audit, you need a clean list of every scorecard that exists, its metric names, and the threshold conditions that define a passing score.

The last time you needed this, you scrolled through the Vapi dashboard scorecard section and copied them manually into a doc. That was three months ago. The doc is probably out of date. Two new scorecards were added since then, and you have no idea if anyone updated the doc.

The bad version:

  • Open Vapi, navigate to Scorecards, click into the first one to see the metric details
  • Copy the scorecard ID, name, and metric conditions into your sheet
  • Go back to the list, click the next scorecard, repeat for all 12
  • Discover on scorecard 9 that the metric condition format differs from what you assumed and your column mapping is wrong

The monthly QA meeting is scheduled. You need the inventory sheet ready before the team can start reviewing performance data against it.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. It pulls every scorecard from Vapi through the built-in integration and writes the full inventory into your sheet in one operation.

List all Vapi scorecards and write their ID, name, and metric conditions into my Google Sheet — one scorecard per row

What You Get

  • One row per scorecard with ID, name, and metric conditions in separate columns
  • The full inventory populates in a single operation — no dashboard navigation, no manual copying
  • The sheet is immediately ready to sort, filter, or join with performance data from your call log

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You also need the creation date for each scorecard

List all Vapi scorecards and write their ID, name, metric conditions, and creation date into my Google Sheet — one scorecard per row

You want to know how many metrics each scorecard contains

List all Vapi scorecards and write their ID, name, number of metrics, and creation date into my Google Sheet — one scorecard per row

You need to match each scorecard to the assistant that uses it, using a lookup tab

List all Vapi scorecards and write their ID and name into columns A and B — then use the mapping table in the tab named 'Scorecard Assignments' to fill in the assistant name in column C for each scorecard

Full QA inventory with staleness flag in one shot

List all Vapi scorecards and write their ID, name, number of metrics, and creation date into my sheet — add a column marking any scorecard created more than 90 days ago as 'review needed' so the QA team can prioritize which ones to audit first

Combining the inventory pull and the staleness flag in one prompt means the sheet is ready for the QA meeting without a second pass.
