Pull Zoom Revenue Accelerator Conversation Data Into a Google Sheet

The Scenario

The sales enablement manager inherited a new rep coaching workflow from her predecessor, who left three weeks ago. The workflow involves a monthly export of ZRA conversation data — conversation ID, rep name, engagement score, sentiment score, and call duration — which gets pasted into a Google Sheet and used to rank reps for the coaching calendar.

The predecessor's last export is from six weeks ago. The sales enablement manager has been told the coaching calendar is due Friday.

She opens Zoom Revenue Accelerator's analytics dashboard. There is no obvious "export to CSV" button for the conversation list. After twenty minutes of clicking, she finds an export option that outputs a JSON file. She's not sure how to get JSON into a Google Sheet.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Google Sheet. Through its built-in Zoom Revenue Accelerator integration, it can pull conversation data directly into the sheet — no JSON parsing, no intermediate export.

List all Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversations from this month and write the conversation ID, host, engagement score, sentiment score, and duration in minutes into this sheet

What You Get

  • One row per conversation with conversation ID, host name, engagement score, sentiment score, and call duration.
  • Current month's data pulled in one pass — no JSON wrangling.
  • The sheet is immediately ready for the rep ranking formula or pivot table.
  • Runs again next month in one prompt, no rebuild required.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You need the last 90 days, not just this month

List all Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversations from the past 90 days and write conversation ID, host, topic, start time, engagement score, sentiment score, and duration in minutes to columns A through G. Sort by start time descending.

You want data grouped by rep, not by conversation

Pull all ZRA conversations from the past 30 days. Group the results by host name and write one summary row per rep with columns: RepName, ConversationCount, AvgEngagementScore, AvgSentimentScore, TotalMinutes. Sort by AvgEngagementScore descending.

You need to cross-reference with a list of reps who are in the coaching program this cycle

Column A of the 'Coaching Cohort' tab has the email addresses of the eight reps in this month's coaching program. Pull ZRA conversations from the past 30 days and only include rows where the host email matches one of the emails in the Coaching Cohort tab. Write conversation ID, host, engagement score, sentiment, and duration to this sheet.

Pull conversations, rank reps, and draft the coaching calendar in one pass

Pull all ZRA conversations from the past 30 days. Write conversation ID, host, engagement score, sentiment, and duration to the 'Raw Data' tab. On the 'Rankings' tab, create one row per unique host with their ConversationCount, AvgEngagementScore, and AvgSentimentScore. Sort Rankings by AvgEngagementScore ascending (lowest first = most coaching needed). In cell A1 of the 'Calendar Draft' tab, write a plain-text coaching calendar that assigns each of the bottom 3 reps a 30-minute coaching session in the next two weeks.

One prompt, full coaching prep.
