Pull Beaconstac QR Code Analytics Into an Excel workbook

The Scenario

The campaign deck is due to the client on Friday. It's Tuesday. You have 50 QR codes running across a 30-day campaign, and you need scan counts, impressions, and conversion rates pulled into an Excel workbook so you can build the performance slides. You know the data is in Beaconstac. Getting it out is the part that's going to eat your afternoon.

The bad version:

  • Log into Beaconstac, navigate to Analytics, set the date range, look at the overview metrics. Screenshot it. Switch to Excel, manually type the numbers into the right cells. Realize the screenshot cut off the conversion percentage column. Go back to Beaconstac.
  • Try to pull a per-code breakdown. Discover the UI only shows aggregate stats on this screen. Navigate to individual codes to get per-code metrics. Copy each one.
  • By the time you've manually entered the numbers for 20 codes, you've spent two hours on data entry and still need to build the actual slides.

The deck is about what the campaign did, not about your ability to copy numbers out of a dashboard. But here you are.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It reads your workbook, calls the Beaconstac analytics API for the date range you specify, and writes the metrics directly into your worksheet.

Pull Beaconstac product analytics for the date range in cells B1:B2 and write the overview metrics — count, impressions, conversion rate — into my Excel dashboard at B5:B8

What You Get

  • Aggregate metrics for the campaign period written into the workbook: total QR code count, total impressions, and conversion percentage
  • Data landed in the worksheet in one operation — no screenshot, no manual entry, no tab-switching
  • Numbers ready for your chart formulas and slide layouts the moment the prompt finishes

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

I want the analytics for the last 30 days without specifying a date range in cells

Fetch Beaconstac period overview analytics for QR code type over the last 30 days and write product count, total impressions, and conversion percentage into my workbook starting at B5

I want per-code metrics, not just the aggregate — one row per QR code

Fetch Beaconstac analytics for each of the 50 QR codes listed in column A over the last 30 days and write scan count and conversion rate to columns B and C — one row per code

Add a performance tier column — flag codes above 500 scans as "strong", below 50 as "weak"

Fetch Beaconstac scan counts for each code in column A over the last 30 days, write the count to column B, then write "strong" to column C if count > 500, "weak" if count < 50, and "mid" otherwise

Pull the analytics, calculate a scan rate per day, add a performance flag, and sort by scan rate descending

Fetch Beaconstac scan counts over the last 30 days for each QR code in column A, write the count to column B, divide by 30 to get daily scan rate in column C, flag "strong" or "weak" in column D based on count, then sort the output by column C descending

One prompt builds the complete reporting table rather than assembling it step by step.

Try It

Get the 7-day free trial of SheetXAI and open the Excel workbook where your campaign report is taking shape, then ask it to pull your Beaconstac analytics for the date range you need. The client deck gets built faster when the data shows up in the workbook instead of a screenshot.
