Export All Gong Keyword Trackers Into Google Sheets for a Competitive Audit

The Scenario

You are a competitive intelligence manager. A competitor just rebranded and your sales team is already encountering the new name on calls. You need to audit your 30 active Gong keyword trackers — the ones that monitor what gets said on every recorded call — to find coverage gaps before the quarter starts.

Tracker name, keyword list, workspace. Three fields. Thirty trackers. You need them all in an Excel workbook so you can see coverage side by side and update the ones that are out of date.

The slow version:

  • Log into Gong, open the tracker settings
  • Click into tracker 1, copy name and keywords, paste into Excel
  • Repeat 30 times
  • Ninety minutes later your workbook has 28 trackers because you lost count somewhere around tracker 19.

The fast version is one prompt.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Excel workbook that reads Gong's tracker API directly, so you do not have to click through the settings once per tracker.

Open the SheetXAI sidebar and type:

Export every Gong tracker configuration into this workbook so I can review and update the keyword lists. Write tracker name, keywords, and workspace into columns A through C.

SheetXAI pulls all 30 trackers and writes the table. One row per tracker, three columns, the full keyword list in column B.

What You Get

A clean audit table with one row per tracker:

  • Column A — tracker name
  • Column B — full keyword list
  • Column C — workspace

Scan all 30 at once. If the old competitor name is in a tracker but the new name is not, that gap is visible in column B without clicking through Gong once.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

When you want to spot duplicate keywords across trackers

Two trackers might be monitoring the same term without anyone knowing.

Fetch all Gong keyword trackers and write tracker name, keywords, and workspace into columns A through C. Scan column B across all rows and identify any keyword appearing in more than one tracker. Write those duplicated keywords into column D for each affected row.

When you want trackers organized by theme before the review

Thirty trackers in order of creation date is hard to review. You want competitors together, pricing together, objections together.

Fetch all Gong keyword trackers. Write tracker name, keywords, and workspace into columns A through C. In column D, classify each tracker as "Competitor," "Pricing," "Objection," or "Other" based on the name and keywords. Sort rows by column D.

When you want to flag trackers with too few keywords

A tracker with one or two keywords will miss calls. You want to know which ones need expanding before they cause a gap.

Fetch all Gong keyword trackers and write name, keywords, and workspace into columns A through C. In column D, count the keywords per tracker. Highlight rows where the count is under 3 in orange.

When you want the full audit — pull, classify, flag gaps, sort, and a coverage summary — in one go

Blank workbook tab, audit meeting in an hour.

Fetch all Gong keyword trackers. Write tracker name, keywords, and workspace into columns A through C. In column D, classify each tracker as "Competitor," "Pricing," "Objection," or "Other." In column E, count keywords per tracker and highlight rows under 3 in orange. Sort by column D. Write a three-sentence summary in cell A32 covering how many competitor trackers exist, which theme has the fewest keywords, and which workspace has the most trackers.

The pattern: the pull, the classification, the gap flags, and the summary are one ask.
