The Scenario
You've been on Gumroad for three years. At some point you had five products. Now you have twenty-five, some of which you've barely touched since you first published them. Your business partner sent a message this morning: "We should update our pricing before the end of the month — can you send me a current list of everything we sell and what it costs?"
You open Gumroad to count. The dashboard lists products individually. There's no "export catalog" button. You start writing down names and prices in a new Excel worksheet.
The bad version:
- Click into each product in the Gumroad dashboard, note the name, price, currency, and whether it's published or unpublished, then type all of that into your workbook manually.
- Realize partway through that some products have "pay what you want" pricing with a suggested minimum, and your workbook has a plain price column — now you need to decide how to represent those.
- Finish twenty-five rows, send the workbook, and then your partner says "what about the bundles?" — which are listed separately in Gumroad and you forgot to include them.
The audit was supposed to take ten minutes. It took forty-five, and you're still not sure it's complete.
The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI
SheetXAI is an AI agent inside your Excel workbook. It connects to Gumroad and retrieves your full product catalog — every listing, including bundles — and writes it into your workbook in one pass.
Here is the prompt for this task:
List all my Gumroad products in the Catalog worksheet starting at row 2 — product name in column A, price in column B, currency in column C, and published status (published or unpublished) in column D. Include all products including bundles.
What You Get
- One row per Gumroad product in the Catalog worksheet, starting at row 2.
- Product name, price (numeric), currency (e.g., "USD"), and published status for every listing.
- Bundles included alongside individual products — nothing omitted.
- Pay-what-you-want products listed with their minimum price in column B and a note in column E if applicable.
What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready
I also need the Gumroad product ID for each listing
List all my Gumroad products in the Catalog worksheet starting at row 2 — product ID in column A, product name in column B, price in column C, currency in column D, and published status in column E. Include bundles.
I want to flag which products haven't sold anything in the last 12 months
List all my Gumroad products in the Catalog worksheet with product name in column A, price in column B, currency in column C, published status in column D, and total lifetime sales count in column E. In column F, write "no recent sales" for any product with zero sales in the last 365 days.
I need to compare pricing across products in the same category
List all my Gumroad products in the Catalog worksheet with product name in column A, price in column B, and published status in column C. Then group by price range in the Summary worksheet: count of products priced under $10 in B2, $10-$50 in B3, and over $50 in B4.
Full catalog review with pricing recommendations
Pull all my Gumroad products into the Catalog worksheet — product name in column A, price in column B, currency in column C, published status in column D, total sales count in column E. Then in column F, write a pricing note: "consider raising" if the product has over 50 sales and is priced under $20, "consider lowering or bundling" if it has under 5 lifetime sales and is published, and "unpublished" for any currently hidden listing.
One prompt pulls the data and applies the pricing logic, so the review is ready before the end-of-month deadline.
