You are an SDR manager. Your team just finished verifying 600 contacts for the Q2 Outreach campaign. They are sitting in an Excel workbook on the Prospects tab, with columns for email, first name, company, and website.
The campaign in Instantly is ready to go. Launch is tomorrow morning.

- Log into Instantly's lead import UI
- Upload the CSV, try to map columns to Instantly's expected fields
- Discover the column order is wrong, re-export, re-upload
- Check the error log for the rows that failed silently

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

Add every row from the Prospects tab as a lead to Instantly campaign 'Q2 Outreach' — use the email, first_name, company, and website columns — skip any row where the email column is blank, and write 'added' or the error into column E.

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

When some emails have inconsistent casing or whitespace
You pulled from multiple sources and the email column has "John@Company.com" next to " jane@company.com".
Normalize all emails in the email column of the Prospects tab to lowercase and trim whitespace. Then add every row as a lead to Instantly campaign 'Q2 Outreach' and write the result into column E.
When some rows are missing first names
The first name column is blank for about fifty rows. You do not want the campaign to open with "Hi ,"
For any row in the Prospects tab where first_name is blank, write "Unknown" into that cell before importing. Then add all rows as leads to Instantly campaign 'Q2 Outreach' and write results into column E.
When you only want contacts from specific verticals
The workbook has mixed industries but the campaign is targeted at SaaS.
Filter the Prospects tab to rows where the company column contains any of these: 'software', 'platform', 'cloud', 'tech'. Add only those rows to Instantly campaign 'Q2 Outreach' and write 'added' or 'filtered' into column E.
When you need to split the list across two campaigns by company size
Enterprise contacts go to 'Enterprise Q2', SMB contacts go to 'SMB Q2', based on a Company Size column.
For each row in the Prospects tab, if Company Size is 'Enterprise' add the lead to Instantly campaign 'Enterprise Q2'. Otherwise add them to 'SMB Q2'. Write the assigned campaign and result into column E.
