Compile a Leexi Team Call Report Into a Excel workbook

The Scenario

The VP of Customer Success is presenting to the executive team next week. She wants every onboarding call the CS team ran last month in a single Excel sheet — each call's date, participants, and the top three AI-generated topic chapters — formatted so she can share it as a file. She's asked you to build it. She needs it by Friday.

Leexi has all of this. Leexi doesn't have a "filtered team call export with AI topics" button.

The bad version:

  • Open Leexi, filter to the CS Onboarding team, scroll through last month's calls
  • Click into each call, find the AI topic chapters, note the top three, copy the date and participant list
  • Open the workbook, paste everything in, reformat the participant list so it fits in a single cell, repeat for all 15 calls

By call 8 you're not sure you got the right topic chapters or the right call's participants. Formatting participant lists into readable cell values is taking longer than pulling the data.

The report is supposed to help the VP tell a story about onboarding quality. You're spending your energy doing data entry.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It reads your Leexi workspace, filters to the calls and team you specify, extracts the AI topic chapters, and compiles everything into a single structured sheet in one pass.

List every Leexi call recorded last month from the 'CS Onboarding' team, pull the AI-generated topic chapters for each, and compile them into one Excel sheet — one row per call with call date in Column A, participants in Column B, and top three topic chapters as a comma-separated list in Column C, sorted by date

What You Get

  • One row per call, in chronological order
  • Column A: call date
  • Column B: participant names as a comma-separated list
  • Column C: top three AI topic chapters as a comma-separated list
  • Calls with no AI topics yet show "TOPICS PENDING" in Column C
  • The sheet is ready to share — no further formatting required

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

You need all topic chapters, not just the top three

The VP wants the full arc of each onboarding conversation visible.

Fetch all CS Onboarding team calls from last month, extract all AI topic chapters, write call date into Column A, participants into Column B, and all chapters as a comma-separated list into Column C

Calls need to be sorted by participant count (most first)

The executive presentation highlights calls with the most stakeholder involvement.

Fetch all CS Onboarding team calls from last month, sort by participant count descending, write call date into Column A, participants into Column B, participant count into Column C, and top three topic chapters into Column D

Filter to only calls 30 minutes or longer

Short check-ins don't have enough substance for the report.

Fetch all Leexi calls from last month for the 'CS Onboarding' team that lasted 30 minutes or more, write call date, participants, duration, and top three topic chapters into columns A–D

Pull CS onboarding calls, filter by duration, sort by date, extract all topics, flag pending — one pass

Fetch all CS Onboarding team calls from last month lasting 30+ minutes, sort by date ascending, write call date into Column A, participants into Column B, duration in minutes into Column C, and all AI topic chapters into Column D as a comma-separated list — write 'TOPICS PENDING' in Column D if chapters aren't ready yet

One pass. The workbook is shareable before Friday arrives.
