Export Your Leexi Call Log Into a Excel workbook

The Scenario

Your sales manager sends you a message at 8:45 AM Tuesday: she needs a coaching workbook ready for the 10 AM team call. Fifty-three discovery calls happened in Q1. She wants each one as a row — call date, rep name, duration, and the Leexi AI summary — so she can scan it on a second monitor while talking to reps.

The bad version:

  • Open Leexi, navigate to the Q1 date range, and start scrolling through the call log one entry at a time
  • Click into each call to copy the AI summary, then switch to Excel to paste it into the right row before you lose your place
  • Realize at call 30 that the rep name format doesn't match the workbook's existing table and start fixing retroactively

You're ninety minutes in, it's 9:58 AM, and the workbook has 38 rows. The report going into the coaching session is incomplete.

The Easy Way: One Prompt in SheetXAI

SheetXAI is an AI agent that lives inside your Excel workbook. It connects to Leexi, reads the call log for any date range you specify, and writes the results directly into your workbook — no tab-switching, no manual copying.

Import every Leexi call recorded in Q1 into this Excel table — include call date in Column A, rep name in Column B, duration in minutes in Column C, and AI summary in Column D

What You Get

  • Column A: call date in ISO format
  • Column B: rep name as recorded in Leexi
  • Column C: call duration in minutes as a number
  • Column D: the full Leexi AI summary for each call
  • One row per call, in chronological order, appended to the existing table
  • Calls with no AI summary yet show "pending" in Column D

What If the Data Is Not Quite Ready

The rep names don't match your workbook's canonical list

Your workbook already has a 'Reps' worksheet with formatted names. You need names matched before the summary goes in.

Import all Q1 Leexi calls, write call date into Column A and duration into Column C, then match each rep name against the 'Reps' worksheet Column A — write the matched name into Column B, or the raw Leexi name with an asterisk if no match is found

You only want calls longer than 15 minutes

Calls below a duration threshold are usually reschedules — not worth including in the coaching workbook.

Import all Q1 Leexi calls where duration is 15 minutes or more, and write call date, rep name, duration, and AI summary into columns A–D

The workbook needs summaries capped at 200 characters

The workbook gets exported to PDF for distribution and long summary cells break the layout.

Import all Q1 Leexi calls, write date, rep name, and duration into columns A–C, and write the AI summary into Column D truncated to 200 characters with '...' at the end if needed

Pull the call log, normalize names, filter by duration, and flag missing summaries — in one pass

Import all Q1 Leexi calls where duration is 15 minutes or more, normalize rep names to title case, write date into Column A, name into Column B, duration into Column C, AI summary into Column D — mark calls with no AI summary as 'PENDING REVIEW' and highlight those rows yellow

One prompt. No post-processing step.
