You have 1,200 unsubscribes in Lemlist. You also have a CRM export sitting in a second worksheet with 8,000 contacts. - Log into Lemlist, navigate to the unsubscribe section, export to CSV.
- Open the CSV in Excel — it has extra columns you did not ask for and a date format that Excel misreads.
